JUMP HIGHER 15 MIN LEG WORKOUT | workout figure skaters for stronger legs & higher jumps
In this 15 min workout for figure skaters we go through exercises that will help strengthen your legs to improve the height of your jumps on the ice.

I am offering online group & private classes! The group classes will be every Monday and Friday at 19:00 (Berlin Time) Classes are both 60min long AND GROUP CLASSES WILL BE RECORDED IF YOU MISS ONE💕💕

| WEDNESDAY | Yoga/Pilates Flow 19:00-19:40
| FRIDAY | Ballet Workout 19:00-20:00
| SATURDAY| Yoga/Pilates Flow 17:00-17:40 & Beginner Yoga Flow 18:00-18:40

Offering lessons on jumps, spins, choreography, choreo polishing, skating skills and tricks (spirals, split jumps, etc.)
How it works:
With my obstbot tripod, my phone can follow my movements on the ice, so you are able to see what I am doing during the lesson.
