+Jacob Zekveld That's because getting playtime on radio stations is a marketing game and has very little to do with quality. It's dependent on how much money the label can put forward. More money = more air time.

+Jacob Zekveld has a lot to do with the fact that there is "made for radio" and "made for store" music. musicians make songs based on that, the ones that follow the formula and is sought after by every one or is catchy even to those not enjoying it are the ones that go to radio. some artists make for both while others make just for one in mind. always been like that, 2 oldish examples would b david bowie making mainly for off of radio and elton john doing mainly for stores while making a few for the mainstream radio like his songs "tiny dancer" "Yellow Brick Road" and "Crocodile Rock"

i believe its his normal voice plus throat singing technique mixed in (ie mongolian traditional singing technique). hes such a charismatic singer!

The male singer and bassist direct, edit and produce the videos (they ran a music video production company before July talk), while the female singers does the choreography for the dancing in their videos (she has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in contemporary dance for Concordia university).

Is there a reason this (and a few other songs) isn't on the US releases of the album?
