Stayed last week and had the best experience. Walk was easy and getting around hotel was so easy. Thanks for these updates you made it easy and helped with expectations.

My family and I are booked to stay here in February 2025 and I noticed that Universal says they should be done renovating by December 2024, but other KZreadrs say they won’t be done until May 2025. Do you know why that is?

I do not know why they are saying that. I keep hearing December 2024 also. They might be renovating rooms I do not know. I will keep my ears open for you.
