I just want to run up to Julie Andrews, hug her and say "thank you for giving me beautiful music, I love you!"

Julie is the kind of singer whose voice lifts you right out of the everyday, takes you over the rainbow, puts you on a cloud over in Never Never Land...and then floats you back gently to Earth with a bit of the cloud and Never Never Land still in your heart and in your soul and in your eyes!

Usually when someone sings with such precise diction it ruins the song but Julie Andrews is the exception. Always beautiful.

No voice like hers. And never will be again. Love her so much. She's my idol.

I agree! Been praying for a miracle that those several years we were robbed of this extraordinary amazing luminous talent .... that someday she can sing once more! Never ceases to warm my heart! Julie is a goddess!

Everyone says I have a voice like her's. I am a Coloratura. My vocal range is from D4-F6. I do not get the low notes in. I can hit middle C, but It is quite difficult. So think again before saying No Voice Like Her's. I have gone to BGT but I'm still waiting for the results. I have literally sang all of her songs. From all movies. All songs right. Do Ray Mi at the ending is a middle level of difficulty It is C6.

No voice like hers translates to her incomparable VOICE , her rendition of each song she sings! She's got the perfect technique, the persona & that aura pf radiance & warmth , passion that makes her singular! No voice like Julie's, I stand by that! This is a better world bcoz of Julie Andrews!

Amazing what she has gone on to do after that terrible loss but still something very special was lost.

Julie Andrews has the most pure voice of any other singer. She has so much emotion and it crushed her when she could no longer sing. Singing was her career, her joy, and her love.

+Janet Johnson And she has the best diction of any singer. You can easily understand every single word she sings. It's as clear as if she's speaking.

How she just glides on those notes and transitions. Smooth,elegant, perfect.

Hands down no contest Julie Andrews is and forever the greatest female voice of all time.

"They" have never made stars like her, either. She is one of a kind for any period of time.

Perfect diction perfect pitch, one of the few singers I listen to and hear every word she sings.

Such a shame that her voice was destroyed by a botched surgery. She was one of if not the best female singer of the 20th century.

We have been blessed with this angel to sing for us as long as she could. Her presence remains a treasure in this world, her music stayed in our hearts forever!

She must have been crushed when fate took that beautiful voice from her. I heard her sing in Princess Diaries 2 and it brought tears to my eyes.

She is a diva absoluta of musicals in film industry.Late husband Robert Wise and her pygmalion is maybe one the best in her carrier.Julie Andrews is the reference in elegance and class.

Oh my word... Her voice is simply... there are no words... magical. When I heard that she would no longer be able to sing I actually cried. It was people like Dame Julie Andrews who inspired me to sing. I have been told that I have a really great voice, but I wish that I had even a fourth of the pure talent that she has. She is still an amazing and wonderful lady, and I am so grateful that she chose to share her talents with all of us.
