Not just tried to trade gronk but tried trading him to fricken Matt Patricia lions !! After gronk swallowed his ego and was an incredible blocking tightend. Anyone see Kelce blocking 70% of the snaps? And thanks to gronk having a backbone and standing up for himself the pats won another Superbowl in 2018, gronk retired, came back and won another Superbowl in Tampa with two TDS. So gronk helped win TWO more superbowls but Belichick wanted to trade him in 2017? Yah so done he played three more seasons with two more rings.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I saw a clip earlier this week of Edelman on the Rich Eisen show (don't know when it was from), but man Rich would interrupt everything he was saying. Collin does a great job of asking his question and then letting Jules just talk. In journalism school its taught that silence is one of your best weapons as an interviewer and Collin did a great job of picking when to be silent and when to move to his next question.

She eventually became the head Patriots cheerleader for decades, she recently passed away. My point is she would get me in the home games for free and I could stand on the sidelines. I'm a huge NFL fan and I love watching Travis Kelce, George Kittle, and Mark Andrews play. Obviously, Mahomes is the best QB currently playing. I like good football. I'm 65 years old and I've seen some terrible calls for and against my team. Yesterday, I stumbled upon a 90 minute KZread video of every Tom Brady touchdown. I think he threw touchdowns to almost 100 different receivers, bums like Chad Jackson, Kimbrel Thompkins, Bethel Johnson, Donald LaFell, Tim Dwight, Reche Caldwell, etc. Brady and Edelman are both psychopaths in their quest for perfection. Everybody craps on Brady for last year's Bucs demise, but he put up insane numbers. Before Brady and Bledsoe, me and my friends would drive to Foxboro Sunday and purchase tickets, to a half empty stadium. I'm thankful I got to see Brady, Gronk, and Jules in their prime. So enjoy watching Mahomes although I am slightly concerned over their scoring or lack thereof. I love watching Pacheco, he's a beast. 👍👋☘️🏈

That's why it's stupid when people make fun of sports fans for referring to their teams as "we." Because we are part of the team, even if we aren't on the field. It's a huge part of our lives with a large emotional investment. I will always remember where I was when Ray Allen hit that shot to send the finals to a game seven vs. my Spurs. And how bitter losing that championship was. Then how sweet the next year was when we molly whopped them in the finals. Sports are like that, they stick with you forever.

“Did Tom ever act different on Sunday night playoff games” “Um it was when we played against Peyton” This sums up Tom perfectly. Brady looked for those big moments, he lived for them and he thrived when they came around. I don’t think Tom ever actually got over his draft pick regardless of how successful he was in his career. He had 6 Super Bowl rings and I guarantee you he still looked himself in the mirror before walking on the field for the 7th ring the exact same way he did in his first Super Bowl. Winning was the ultimate high for Tom because those superbowl rings he has are definitive proof of how wrong everyone was for passing on him

Edulnut was the toughest receiver on the Pat's, great hand's, brass balls, so clutch, definitely deserves to be in the HOF

I hope Jules gets to the Hall of Fame one day. I know he doesn’t have the stats, but he was so underrated and carried the Pats to victory on several occasions-a rare talent

I think he most likely will be in the HOF. Usually there's 2 types of players that make the hall it seems. 1. The guys that have the great individual all world stats and records at their position. 2 . The guys who were ehhhh in regular season stats never a pro bowl player but always came up big in situations in regular season games to help their team win then when they got to play offs and Superbowl they were the most productive player on the field at their position and they get the rings. Jules has the playoff and Superbowl stats. The 3 rings. The Superbowl MVP. And was a clutch player all throughout the season especially in the biggest moments game wise and on 3rd and 4th down conversions. So on the playoff and Superbowl performances alone I believe he makes it in. Probably not first ballot. But he gets in.
