Manning was private first class, meaning the lowest rank he could hold in the military after just being there for more than a year. No offense to all of the PFC's out there, but not exactly an important person in the ranking structure. More so than a security guard, but not noteworthy by any means. Evidence of Breivik's failure: I still have no idea what the hell he was blathering on about.

She saw something that our government was doing that sickened her to the core & if you read her frantic chat logs, she sounds every bit like a whistleblower. Telling us what our rulers are doing behind the scenes is truly patriotic, and she should be regarded as a hero. She saw something reprehensible that our government was doing and she shared it.
