    In some of her first shows the did put dinners together in half and hour…dinner and appetizers and dessert all in 30 minutes…real meals too not just throw together.She was the original OG of 30 minute meals👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

    I'm surprised they used the mixer for the mashed potatoes. Easy to overmix and turn gluey

    Even though I love Jacques, his potato recipe here is way too involved. It requires cooking the potatoes a ridiculous amount of times. First boiled and mashed, then layered in a pan and fried, then put in the oven, then taken out of the oven and topped with sour cream, then put back in the oven. Those poor potatoes wouldn't have a single nutrient left in them.
