Walking is the best exercise you could ever do for your over all health. I love it, it’s great for mental health too.

Nice to see Julia in the studios today even though she had breast cancer which was very alarming
I like watching Julia walk vedios. I like walking and it's wonderful. It keeps us physically fit and look great. Walking in the nature is a great gift for mental health. Tips for healthy living are Sleeping on time every day,going for a meditational walk looking and listening to nature, avoiding smoking,alcohol,,fast foods,fizzy drinks .Try to eat only healthy home cooked food. Above all be quick to forgive,love and do good to others around us.
I wish I could walk more to make myself happy. Unfortunately I spend most of my time working with very little reward to show for it. Julia is great though. I just wish I had more time to invest in me.
Julie can't just speak she stresses and she's so animated over the top. Everybody is an exhibitionist. The girl on the sofa with Holly seem a really lovely person.
