Im Japanese, but this is not accurate. There was a time when that was the case, but today there are almost no such families. It is only eaten at New Year's celebrations or some other festivals. Gojo didn't know about the prison realm. If he did, he may have done domian expansion. But since he didn't know about it, if he had done DE anyway, it would be like admitting defeat. I mean he could have just run away if he was fine with killing all the people there. Everything would be easier for him if he got to fight the curses in the open.

Well he is just more resilient than he was in s1 where the same scenario happened (Sukuna/Nobara direct hit on his soul then yuji beatdown), after all he is a special grade. But I feel the same, they animated him coughing all the blood in his body for him to casually run away after that. He's just good at pretending that nothing can hurt him (like vs mecamaru).

Kugisaki isn't quite his natural enemy, even if she has soul resonance. Because as we see, she can easily get 1-shot by Mahito without him even trying hard. Yuji is the real natural enemy, since Mahito is literally handicapped against Yuji. He can't use his CT nor his domain expansion against Yuji, while all of Yuji's attacks would immensely damage his soul. And a well-timed critical black flash would 1-shot Mahito, as he himself said it in last episode.

dawg, yuji can touch mahito (and vice versa) because of sukuna, not is own strength 💀 nanami survived a few touches because of sheer willpower, but nobara had given up once she realized she got touch. she gave up because nobara knew yuji could handle it, she was the only one (besides yuji) who could touch mahitos soul

This was in chapter 125 in the manga we are currently on chapter 243. We still don't know if she is alive. There was a moment when Yuji asked Megumi about nobara but it was not really clear if she is still alive or something

Also they mentioned why some people couldn’t join the final fight but never mentioned nobara so I assume she is dead.

@Otukami the shibuya arc is a peak yet to be matched in jjk its best modern shonen arc with international assasins arc csm culling games started of really strong and great but the middle is kinda funky with kenny vs yuki being disappointing , gojo v sukuna ruined by ch 236 and yuta vs sorcerers which was very disappointing hakari vs kashimo however was peak 🔥🔥🔥 top 3 fights in the series
