@@vladimirgertner3960 we don't know the full picture yet, did you get those numbers from youtube "news" because they haven't confirmed the exact amount but it didn't reach 300k. yes, what he did is wrong but like I mention we don't know the full picture and everything is aiming at Tom having a gambling addiction and some other issues big enough to go and see a professional. what I was mostly referring to is the fact that everyone in these news channels in the comments are bashing Tom, not because he took the money but because they think that Tom was after the spotlight and he was just a cameraman and he was taking advantage of juji the whole time, when in reality if you think about it it doesn't add up.

While he was a great addition as a reference point, nobody came to the channel to watch Tom, the average dude working out. (admittedly, he became very impressive last year), we came here to watch Juji. And Tom was, from the beginning, very rude about insisting on being in the spotlight. Now, as far as the embezzlement goes, there is concrete proof and Tom admitted to it. So it's not YT news, it's the actual court papers with the proof and the deleted video with Tom admitting to Embezzlement. And yeah, if you steal 300k from you rest friend, you will get bashed by the audiences. As he should. But, by far, the worst offence was TOm yelling at the guy that helped juji when Juji failed the lift because he should have "continued recording". That's diabolical. I say good riddance.

​@@vladimirgertner3960 I get where you're coming from, but it wasn't Tom who insisted to be in the spotlight it was Juji, Tom only wanted to be acknowledged, on the podcast when Juji told us how unappreciated Tom was, he told us that one time another Fitness celeb was sitting next to Tom and Tom next to Juji and the Celeb was praising Juji telling him how good the show was and all of that, and not a single word to Tom now that is terrible don't you think? especially when Tom was the one contacting other Fitness celebrities and organizing the visits and creating the schedules and not only that he was Editing the videos while he was working out to the max in the video itself, Juji told us that after the workouts he goes to sleep meanwhile Tom goes and spend hours Editing, combining working out and video Editing is one of the hardest things do, there's a reason why you don't see Fit video editing people. I'm not exaggerating anything really I only pick it up when Juji admitted that it was Tom who skyrocketed the youtube Fitness world with his formula that other copied, and other Fitness personalities have say it to and even commented about it, just read some of this people comments here, even Devon was asking Tom to teach how to edit, and I think when a world-class champion is asking you anything you know you are something. Just to end it here three things, 1. what Tom did is wrong no matter what but he didn't take 300k it was more like 150,000- something like that, that's all we know from the lawsuit only. 2.Tom was having some personal problems, mentally and Gambling addiction is no joke trust me, that's why I don't even let my kids buy some of the Videogame that scam kinds into spending like 5 dollars for some random stuff every now and then. 3. I can't really hate Tom, I cant see how a guy that isn't fit is working out to the max every time to steal the spotlight and at the same time production quality videos that's like the ultimate none lazy person, the last thing I will tell Tom if I ever see him somewhere is to Foff, I will logit ask him what happened because I do feel he was going down bad.

You can see it in his eyes that he's saddened and angry at Tom. Such a shame.

I remember how unpleasant he was when Magnus was struggling with the backflip, I had to stop watching. I thought it was only me because all the comments were so positive.

When you read the court docs and see just what was going down away from youtube and for how long...it really puts in perspective the kind of man Jon is for trying to hold everything down for as long as he could. He has to be exhausted, both mentally and emotionally. And unfortunately this is ongoing. The court docs are public if anybody wants to know. Now that I do, I understand why Juji is handling this how he is and I hope he stays the fun, free spirited, strong, CLASS ACT he is and is meant to be. Support goes out to you sir. You have inspired so many of us.

Great comment Yung. I always had an iffy feeling about Tom. The way he occassionally downed Juji about different things, his anger and yelling about (which most have come to find out wasn't acting), his vices with tobacco and possibly other drugs, and more. I have been a fan of Juji since 2007 when he was starting to get huge in the tricking world. Ill never forget the trickstutorials days. Juji I hope all is well. I pray for you, Sam, and all those involved.

Juji is a professional and handled this in the most ethical way possible. You have my support as a subscriber and respect as a person!

Absolutely agree. Tom had such a breakdown over not getting credit for working with Juji that they made an entire video about it where Tom was almost crying. And for what? Ego. I could tell Juji was trying to be a decent person and let Tom get it out of his system, but I could also tell Juji was really uncomfortable with the situation and didn't really understand why Tom was being that way. It just had bad vibes all over it.

Was this an obvious conclusion of this channel prior to the last few months? The difficulty in making this video refers to the professionalism with which it was delivered. Regardless of the reason ,a split of a business or personal nature after years of working or sharing a friendship together, and then needing to announce it to many people cannot be easy. It's not easy to NOT put any inference in the message that one party was to blame, or to include any explanation as to why the split happened. There could be a river of anger flowing beneath the surface wanting to erupt to hundreds of thousands of people, or revealing betrayal, resentment, disappointment, you name it....it wasn't easy, in my perception.

To Juji or his manager, Tom started becoming too involved with the outcome of the videos and probably other business aspects. Juji is probably like "hey guy, I brought you here to help me, but this is mine/my idea" ya feel. OR Juji's manager was like "yo juju we can make you a shit ton of money if you do xyz" and tom was probably like" woah bro do you really want this??" and juju was like "yeah money is tight"

I stopped watching recently because of Tom. You can tell from his attitude he is bitter and jealous of Juji and always wanted to be front and centre. Glad to start watching again and wish you the best in future Juji, although I know it sucks to lose a friend.

You could tell how badly Tom craved the attention and god did it get annoying. The content was always better with him behind the camera and the focus on Juji and generally whoever the guest was. This is a fantastic change for the channel.

I just listened to Tom's "Apology" and "explanation" of the situation and I really have to say, and this is coming from someone who's consistently thought Tom was a great addition to the channel in many ways, goddammit. Tom's apology seemed deeply self-serving and could easily be seen as not being sincere or even admitting, fully, to his wrongdoing. Tom, if you happen to read this, obviously none of us internet dwellers know the full story of what happened to you or how deep the hole you've dug for yourself is but, man, this whole situation is painful for me to watch. I've always viewed you as the counterbalance to Juji and I've sincerely enjoyed and appreciated your presence on... And off screen. You were an asset to this channel and it seemed very clear to me that Juji cared about you and was willing to put aside some of the more negative aspects of your personality in hopes that your time together would make both of you come out as better people. If these allegations are even partially true I can't even imagine how devastating this has been for Juji... And honestly for you as well. Regardless of what some of the more vitriolic comments on this video are saying I know that a lot of us that have been with you guys since the start are going to miss your presence on the channel but with that said you know it, Juji knows it, and us viewers know that you don't deserve to be here but I do hope that you take the coming days, months, and years to reflect on your time with Juji and with all of us and in the end you come out of this whole thing as a better person because of it. It sounds like you've been battling demons for a long time and though what you've done, the trust you've betrayed, and the people you've hurt is unforgivable I always enjoyed your humor, your ups and downs, and the energy you brought to this channel and I wish you all the best in picking up the piece and moving forward... I did think it was very weird that the channel shifted from "Jujimufu" to "Juju and Tom." It almost came off that Tom went from making the videos to wanting to share the spotlight despite most videos he's beats himself up for not being as disciplined as Juji, yet he wants the same respect from Juji's fans. In the end, Tom needs to build his goals around his passions. This is the perfect time for him to step up and out of Jujimufu's shadow.

I saw this video when it came up and I instantly thought "Damn it, Tom, you didn't talk to underage girls online? Not another one..." But I'm at least glad to find out that it was something else. If anyone is wondering, Tom stole money from the business (GripGenie) to feed his gambling addiction and to stake other poker players (Give them a loan essentially) and he also had pretty bad anger issues often times related to not appearing in the videos as much as he wanted.

The thing is, these two were friends and when u have like thousands of followers for your channel I think it would be really challenging to address the situation the right way when “splitting” from a friendship. Like for me if I had a great friend and for someone reason we parted ways and everyone was asking me about it, it would be hard to respond. For one it’s hard to talk in a bad light about a friend and if it’s a legal reason that would be even harder. I haven’t been watching their show for awhile rather just watch Juji but I just don’t imagine Juji being in something for money. I don’t know Juji personally but I just don’t see him wanting to get a lawyer unless it was the last resort. Again I don’t know anything about it so I guess time Will tell, u could be right.

I know what you mean, when he changed the channel name to Juji and Tom I remember thinking "Uh oh!" It was weird and I thought unnecessary. I can only imagine all the bitching and moaning he did to get Juji to make that change, just wore him down.

Remember that Juji quitting KZread video, where it was literally a video of Tom ranting about his feelings being hurt because people didn’t recognize his contribution to the channel. It was clear that Tom was upset and was willing to end the collab because his ego wasn’t getting stroked. What a selfish and cruel thing to do to a “friend.” It really showed then that it wasn’t Juji and Tom in Tom’s eyes it was just Tom and Tom. I always found that video weird and them keeping it up weirder.....

Changing the name of the channel proved how nice Juji is, but I found it so petty that Tom complained about not being treated as the star for editing the content. I think he should have been happy as a producer / director / cameraman etc. The content was great and really got out there. That would have been enough for me. Appearing in the odd shot for cred makes sense but renaming the channel just seems stupid.

Wow the revisionist history is crazy. 90% of the people defended Tom on that video when they changed the name of the channel. Most everyone agreed about the bad treatment he got and lack of adequate credit. That said, he obviously had his demons and is getting his punishment by getting removed. However the majority of people now all of a sudden saying they have always thought this is laughable.

Tom was stealing money from their shared company. You can look it up. As a person whom has been stolen off of from a life long friend, I know how much it hurts...and getting your money stolen isn't even the worst part. It is the lies. Them looking you in the eye and betraying you. It is honestly worse than a girlfriend cheating on you. More like a messy divorce. Plus, people can read everything that happens. I'm sorry if this feels like an invasion of privacy, juji, but we as fans felt the genuine friendship between you and Tom and we feel emotionally invested. I hope tom gets the help he needs and you guys can pick up the pieces after he repays and makes amends. Which he must do to earn by his dignity. Sorry you have been done this way. Same thing happened to me, my friend and I had a bitcoin Mining thing we started both @ 13 (I started everything) and we had over 20 BTC millions of doge and he stole it all, learned to NEVER do business with friends again, the betrayal gave me incredible PTSD and led me to drug abuse and I'm still recovering.

Yeah. You can search the lawsuit. It’s there. Tom allegedly embezzled upwards of $100,000 from Grip Genie. At least that’s the claim of the lawsuit. Mind you, I know zero details. But it’s hard for me to wrap my head around Juji making the accusation without a mountain of evidence. I mean, this cost him a lot. A best friend, a business partner in multiple businesses. The two month long KZread break probably cost him thousands. I doubt Juji would sacrifice all that on something that wasn’t pretty concrete. As far as my best guess for the timeline of this: It seems Juji had known for a little while (maybe a couple weeks before), suggested to Tom they take a break, then got his affairs in order with his bookkeeper and attorneys to get the suit rolling. I bet Tom didn’t know what was about to hit him when the “break” started. Tom did a twitch stream where he mentioned the break. But he said it would be two weeks. And his entire stream seemed very jovial. Not like someone who knew he was about to lose everything. It’s sad. We feel like we know them. But this should be a reminder to everyone that we don’t really know the people we follow on social media. They give us a glimpse into their lives. They’re being themselves. But only a small, very specific piece of themselves. Some of the things they hide from us is for their privacy and protection. Some of the things they hide from us is because it’s shameful or illegal. I feel for Juji. But I also feel for Tom. Not that I have sympathy, per se. Just that, regardless if he gets what he deserves, I still don’t like seeing people self destruct. It’s not a gratifying thing to witness. For his own sake, and for the sake of the people in his life, I hope he can get cleaned up, start to make amends with those he’s wronged, and maybe rehab some relationships. Things will NEVER be the same as they were. And they will never work together again. But, if friends are willing, even this can be mended. It’s just going to take a long time and sincere, honest effort. This might not be a popular sentiment. But I also hope Juji can forgive him. It’s really the only way he’ll be able to move past this kind of betrayal. And I hate the idea of Juji being saddled with disdain for someone he obviously cares so much about. All in all a really bad situation.

@@robertroberson1314 As a former addict I know how hard it can be to quit addictions in this case gambling and to admit how wrong he was... I think best case for Tom is to somehow fully admit what he did, get through rehab for his gambling, pay back all the money somehow or just take the jail time for it and that's the best he can do for HIMSELF. Now if Juji wants to do good for himself he needs to then forgive Tom as you say.

Yeah its crazy man!!!!! I really like Tom too. He always tired even when he wasn't good at something. Sad that addiction made Tom do it. Idk what gambling addiction is like so I cant speak on that. But lying to Juji like he wouldn't flip every which way he could to help someone is Sick. Hope Tom gets help.

I always got the vibe that Juji tolerated Tom because he needed him. I don't think he really liked him all that much. He bled the fun out of jujimufu and replaced it with his annoying bullshit. I lost interest in the channel when he became juji and tom. Back to the good ol' days!

At first I was really confused about what was going on. Seeing Juji's face made me realize that this wasn't exactly just a "business decision". I'm sorry for what happened and as far as I understood, you're a good friend and have endured way more than anyone should.

I really look up to both you and Tom. I hope Tom gets the help he needs to recover from his gambling addiction. And I hope you can recover quickly from Toms betrayal and you continue to grow. I am sad to see the duo split up.

Juji best of luck and keep killing it man! I hope Tom realizes the mistakes he has made and recognizes that was in the past and he isn't some sort of EVIL person because of those mistakes. We all fall in our lives and sometimes the further we fall the further we can go back to the top if we work to reconcile those mistakes. Juji keep making awesome videos man!

I'm really sorry to hear about this Juji. I have really loved your channel, you have really changed what fitness is supporsed to look like. It is sad to see you lose a friend and business partner. Tom isn't someone that can be replaced. But I know you can work past this and make keep making the channel better everyday. Thanks for giving us all an update.
