Errr... lady, what the hell are you doing? Watch a tutorial or something! -What you did is some sort of "tinga de pollo" but that goes on your plate and if you like you can put together the tacos on the fly as you eat. -We'd never use tangerine. -Chicken tacos are not a thing, that falls into "tacos de guisado" which means putting any stew inside a tortilla. -Actually since it's a wheat tortilla (sort of) that was technically a burrito.
