Not quite a stellaris movie, but Templin Institute has done a series called "Stellaris Invicta" where they essentially played a game of stellaris on twitch, and then on KZread made complete narratives out of the various events that occured. they recently finished their 2nd season. the 1st and 2nd season are separate stories.
