I thought so, too. But no matter what she felt like, emotionally or physically, her huge heart continued to inspire, undimmed by illness or time. There will never be another...

This performance is from the night the final episode of her TV show was recorded. It was a difficult night for Judy and that makes this even more special.

Her voice in the 60's was often said to have been on the wane but when i listen to these performances she was still pretty damn powerful...the emotion, the passion, the beauty...basically there till the day she passed away. lucky us to have these on you tube!

It was definitely different sounding, not as smooth. But she still sounded great. And listen to that orchestra. Wow.

When she's given her everything to the song 2:22 and then fades out is so touching and so beautiful. A class act all the way at a very difficult moment in her life.

Film doesn't really convey how tiny she was. Two inches short of five feet, her voice was like a magic trick. Such an unusual tone and vibrato; this very special way she had of "swallowing" the end of the lyric lines. The way she would hold back on her power. One of my very favorite songs that she sang, it's so sublime and as usual with her, full of a raw emotion.

There will Never be another Judy or anyone like her......she gave all her heart and soul in every song she performed so that you always knew Who it was, when she sang. Despite all the battles and personal hardships she endured - she always gave and gave - never letting any of her many audiences and fans down. I feel very honored to have several of her wonderful TV shows on DVD and this particular number - such an outstandingly beautiful and sensitive ballad - was just perfect for her to show audiences just what she could do with her priceless one of a kind magnificent voice, in spite of all the years that had already gone by. Also - as one looks back on "The Wizard of Oz" - can you imagine anyone else portraying the role of "Dorothy"? I can't.....she was the perfect choice and so very memorable. Very sad that networks cancelled her very fine show........she deserved so much better. At least it's wonderful that so many have not forgotten her and all she gave us.

This rumba arrangement makes it more toe-tappy for the 60s cabaret audience watching her perform an old song. I think it's quite romantic. I wish I lived in that era; everything is so classy in comparison to the harsh soul-less times we live in now.

Amazing to the point that you hold your breath at times just hanging on to her every word and phrasing. I love all her hand gestures. She shows such emotion and expression in them. I also love the way she holds that mic. Miss Garland, even though you have gone on to be a bright shinning star in the sky, know that you will always be loved and never forgotten. Time after time I'll tell the world that I'm so lucky to be loving you.

Best version of this Jule Styne classic sung by the incredible vocal artist ever Judy Garland no one can even close to what she can do with her voice when she is at the top of her game once in a life time someone incredible comes along that makes you sit up and listen that is what Judy Garland can do with her voice I don’t think she ever knew what a tremendous artist she really was when she wasn’t battling her demons which ultimately led to her demise way to early in life

She's so great. I love this song vey much and I just listened to versions by Sinatra, Tony Bennett and Ella and Rod Stewart. They are all really good, but Judy's is in a class by itself as usual, (and I love the rhumba beat). I love that comment by 415montgomery...I think Judy could wake me up from a coma too! She truly is incredible.

This is my first time ever hearing someone with great credibility as a female singer performing this song Time After Time. Well out of all those out there Judy Garland is by far the best in singing this song. If you didn't know anything about her life you would automatically assume when she sings all these love ballads that she really had a great love ❤️ of her own. History tells us though that her life was contradictive to having a true love ❤️. She had gone through several marriages which have failed and in the end she was single. However whenever she performes or sings a love song she never gives away the secret that she never found true Love ❤️🌈❤️ now that is brilliance in performing 🌈❤️🌈

Some of her finest performances - this, Suppertime, Last Dance were on this final episode when she struggled to get out of her dressing room and perform but when she did - magic. I also think the deleted clown pantomime she performed shows her courage and artistry. Frankly, its not that great BUT that she took a risk at this the very end of what she knew was her viability as highly paid entertainer shows she was about more than just making money.
