what if the guy on the bottom posts his far leg to prevent the turnover?
In Japanese the "skirt" of the gi is called the "suso" (soo soh.) It probably sounds better than the "skirt."
i think BJJ and Judo are 95% identical (except a few new sweeps and guards that BJJ has that Judo does not) but other than that, it's identical. I always thought that a black belt BJJ guy should compete in Judo black belt division and a Judo black belt should compete in BJJ black belt division.
why is he a Judo black belt but competes in purple belt submission grappling? Why not black belt submission grappling, since he is a black belt in Judo? My nephew is a blue belt in Judo and he competes against blue belt and purple belt BJJ / Submission grappling guys all the time (view my videos).
