If fail Nariman did not agree with the national judicial commission bill and also could not agree with the collegium system why did he not argue for reading down of the njac bill in line with the proposal of justice Venkatachaliah instead of striking down the whole bill

You can't jail him even. He has immense respect in general and legal community in particular. He has nothing to hide. You have to make a false case to book him. No govt dares to do this, Not even Modi.

He does not agree on the UCC because communities should agree . This will not apply to Hindus though because it was foisted without community agreeing . Secularism pro max
With due respect Sir there is a possiblity to tackle pendency and disposal but what fears me whether the suggestion given and if permission given to handle in accordance with my methodology will be accepted as it needs research and it shall prove by devising. It is chronic but what we need to focus is how to reduce the frequency of chronic. If we achieve this do you think Sir , law fraternity will be happy us.

Respected honarable Fallin Nariman ji that there is no curruption in Judiciary and can your good self say that our Judges Are not involved in curruption practises because poor people are not getting justice as desired.
Mr. NARIMAN should have taken his life under Indira Gandhi rule during emergency, when the word "secularism" was inserted into the constitution.

What type of debate matters. It should be wrriten not oral. If oral it leads to proving the strong voice but one must keep in mind purpose of any disscussion should be for benefit for the society. Complex situation can be dealt if it is wrriten debate.
Invoking politics and religion, irrespective of religion and political affiliation, will ever serve, anyone's interest, in any way, in the long run !

How disgusting it looks ! Have I mentioned anyone, any religion, or any political party in my narrative, herein above ! It's a figment of imagination of someone's mind ! The answer is very much implicit in the narrative itself ! What's absolutely required is - proper application of mind ! However, it's an altogether different issue, if someone feigns ignorance intentionally ! How right was the great Lao Tzu in his assessment in saying - "The truth is not always beautiful nor beautiful words the truth !" Let it be known that I don't hold a brief for anyone and the least of all, a political party ! May someone hold it for others ! Tolerance and Pluralism is the essence of the Indian Culture, since time immemorial ! The sequence of events in the lndian History will amply testify to this historical fact ! It's also the very premise, upon which the Indian constitution was framed ! Bereft of it, India will lose its soul ! That's what the great Swami Vivekanandji had so meticulously articulated in the World Meet on Religions held in Chicago, USA in the year 1893, amid thunderous applause from the delegates gathered there from across the globe ! To get optimum satisfaction as also to ascribe some semblance of authenticity to it, why don't someone put this question to one's own conscience! Because, conscience never lies ; provided, ofcourse, someone has any !

Even educated people, can make such foolish comment. Can there be a single Christian, Muslim, Buddhist nation? If answer is no, then how can there be a Hindu nation? To be a nation, we have to be birds of the same feather. India has birds of different colors not willing to integrate with each other even if they follow the same religion.

Why is he shouting
No such word as "Hindu" can be found anywhere in the ancient literatures or Vedas. So, accusing the current Govt. turning the country from "Secular" to "Hindu" requires further clarifications as to what he meant by "Hindu" Rastra. By the way, Bharat had been from the time immemorial a country believing and practicing "Ekam Saat Vipra Bahudda Vadanti" - that why "Parsees" got asylum's in India - Please do not forget this fact when you open your mouth. Also, sometimes ago SC judges ascertained that it is not a religion in the same sense as the "Abrahamic Faith" is, and it (Sanatan Dharma) is a way of life. So, stop bickering about the current dispensation in the Centre. People belonging to "Sanatan Dharma" have become the punching bag for so long that we are fed-up and want our way of life must be restored.

@@Tatpunjiya It is not only the BJP leaders we, also, the people of Bharat born , raised and schooled in the education system laid down by the Whiteman's (colonial power) education policy architecture, Thomas Macaulay, to turn Indians to act, behave, think, etc., as Whiteman except that they would have a brown skin - and designated as "Brown Sahib". Since then most of us have become "Brown Sahib" or "Brown mem-Sahib" as the case may be. In conclusion, most of us are the product of colonial mind-set. As a result we see the name of the country is "India" not Bharat, our way of life is called "Hinduism", not the "Sanatana Dharma" etc.
But a Hindus are secular by nature and hence all other religions could co exist for so long. Be it Sikhs Jains or Buddhist or Parsees.
Fali is not an honest lawyer. He argued for Union Carbide and thus hindered the relief money to the affected. Now, it is easy for him at 94 to day he regrets arguing for UC!
Tell this old fog accommodating is different from tolerating!
A 94 year old man, laughing merrily at the mention of Union Carbide saying "there's a chapter on that" and adding "perhaps its my biggest regret" without any hint of regret on his face - now wants to lecture on secularism? spare yourself the ignominy !

Perhaps the majority mindset needs reformation! “Learn Hindu Tradition” ? Why did Sati tradition have to be abolished by a foreign power? What about lives of widows of Vrindavan? The treatment of lower-castes, sub-castes, Adivasis and Tribals? Not to mention the ‘poisonous rhetoric injected by new-age Babas, Yogis, Gurus, Haridwar Saints calling for Genocide, etc etc. Can you explain WHY Ambedkar took millions AWAY converting them to BUDDHISM? Look inwards dear Bhakt, where India is heading after 2014, mixing faith w politics…we are ZERO on most International Parameters! Keep religion for your own inner-growth and spirituality, you may become a better human, speaking less non-sense!

Wake up, that’s when several reformations took place to date, religion was separated from politics by Law, and Europe made great strides in economics, manufacturing and scientific advances! Compare w present 10 tr economy with study of cownomics, where education is driven by caste/religion, Crimes, hate thru faith is applauded, where most corrupt politicians spout ‘scientific ‘ facts based on faith, where uneducated leaders look at cloud cover to order the Army wage war. Pls. pls. Get real, vote wisely, keep faith as your personal (not political) Choice! Don’t get sucked in by those who commit horrendous crimes against humanity, then have a photo-op inside the sacred sanctuary of a Temple (no cameras allowed) to perhaps show sainthood to foolish majority!
