ABSOLUTE TRUTH, as usual. The problem with no judging is to be able "to catch" this impulse in yourself and stop before you start doing that. "It is easier said than done" when it comes to "ego'", but the getting rid of it IS the purpose of our coming to this world...This is what God wants us to achieve...

Yep ! You said it all ! Things just happen, people just talk, and we don't have to be emotional about it,creating an endless pattern of unresolved attachment with the object of our discontentment .How can the world stop it's wars when I am not capable of respecting myself without judgements ? I start to change the world today from within ,that means cleaning my own house, taking the garbage out of my head, think clearly , make efforts, and daily being aware of the things I have to adjust, to become the master of my own life. Not my husband's life or my mother in law or anybody who tries to put their unresolved problems on my back.NO- I only accept my self-judgment if it's for a constructive better version of myself. The rest..... I don't spend energy on it. It's just that. OTHERS energy. I observe in silence .

If all events have their own reason for being the woy they are, when I criticize my fellow man, according to the premise of mirrors, it is my image being mirrored, and through it, I have the opportunity to change, to be better than I really am. 🙏

Dear Deepak, what a beautiful talk that so nicely expands on what I've been learning in your 21 Days of Abundance meditation challenge. I've been doing the meditations on repeat all year and am so grateful I found them after a year of almost 'total loss' in my life. I say the Metta prayer for you daily as your meditations quite literally saved me. Thankyou 🙏

Deepak Chopra 🙏 Things happen & to happen naturally. It happens for no one. Neither is there free choice nor free will in it to make or cause things to happen. No one to judge, nothing to gain or loss. However if you take ownership of what is happening by your sense of an egoic self in you, you suffer. And suffering is a CLAIM (of the egoic self) for something (better) to happen and needs to happen. (To paraphrase) The Teachings say, in the nature of Reality *_"The Truth is Non-dual, thus there is neither sufferer nor enjoyer, neither gainer nor loser."_* 😊🙏🙇‍♂️🌷

Bravo! Disengaged from conceptual mind of ego, seeing & knowing as it is without unnecessary elaboration. Like surrender, it’s a tool toward the opening of an expansive horizon of awareness. A natural mindstate. I enjoyed your every point Deepak!

Not to judge is really a hard thing because the mind is a judging machine. It is also necessary for survival on the natural plane.Perhaps it is possible, when I have learned to stay with the I in a silent way, that means of letting go of it. In this way, I can observe this I and perpaps cultivate compassion for me and the other. But that is only possible when I am capable of st clear bonderies or to be psychologically in charge for me and the situation. But the question is really a difficult one.😊

My dear Deepak, thank you very much for this message. For my many years of existence this has to some level a challenge. There are many various types of judgements and levels of judgements, particularly when it comes to choices we make for ourselves and our family. This comes timely upon a talk I had (with a family member) that turned to be a little heated and opposing. I am about to call this person to possibly rectify and/or come to a middle ground. This topic, I think has a touch of this regarding this matter. I will meditate on this and make a conscious effort daily. Thank you. 💕🤍🙏🙏🙏💕🤍😌

This is a very ACIM-esque exercise and very important to do. But… We have preferences and decisions and judgments to be made on this field of action. I wondered if it’s possible not to judge here in one form or another unless a person is completely immersed in Spirt and action comes directly from the Lord. This exercise is always very revealing!

If I’m not judging then I should be neutral about this video. That’s difficult because I agree with it completely. I think one of the challenges is to acknowledge that judgement is both positive and negative in that either way you are making a judgement call. Some people only address their negative judgements but we are still living in a polarised space with good and bad. This is quite a conundrum for me.

I understand your conundrum... However, one point to consider when thinking about judgement is the feeling of superiority one might place oneself when observation is taking place... Also, judgement leads to isolation and separation, I think... Just wondering whether this might contribute to clarify... Namastê ❤

Any sentence I can say has to have a subject-verbal agreement, and that is judgmental- including this sentence. Only the unspoken emptiness is non-local, without form, all-pervasive and non-judgmental ✌️

What is the difference between making a judgment and making a factual observation? For example if you observe a violent crime and someone is injured or dies that is obviously wrong, therefore are you making a judgment or coming to the factual conclusion that it is wrong? Is it really possible to be completely non judgemental?

When we observe the facts then we ask what am I feeling and what is important to me. No judge. Stay connected to your values. Maybe protect maybe compassion. No right or wrong thinking. Yes challenging. Practice, practice.
