Update!!! The Georgia Supreme Court ruled on 6/25/2024 that Judge Christina Peterson be removed from the bench immediately. The court also ruled that she shall not be eligible to be elected or appointed to any judicial office in the state of Georgia until seven years have passed.

About time taking action on these corrupt judges in GA.

There excuses are pure deflection. Once the police arrived everything should have calmed down and everybody would be fine. Instead she insisted on acting badly with the cops. They always want to play the victim. I hope she goes to jail and loses her job.

The only thing that makes sense to me, based purely on this report is that there were actually two incidences involving Judge Peterson. First, she came to the aid of a female being assaulted, but apparently there was no problem with the protective actions she took. The second incidence is when the police arrived on the scene. This is where she ended up with a felony arrest for something involving an interaction with an officer.
