Pls help her get all these fees paid in full. She has no place to lay down to. No food either, I would imagine. Goodness, what in the world does she even do to bath or bathroom facilities. This world is so harsh for people like this girl. What a shame and very sad. This young girl doesn't need to be on the street by herself! Now, to find out Autism suffering with, as well. God help this young girl. Too awful!

He behaves like an elder would, a few hundred years ago. These elders used to exercise discretion when executing the law. The poor had better treatment then. Now the legal system protects the rich and the really desperately poor may suffer.
