Someone said I'll never get clean without the 12 steps 2 years later and still clean. Cannabis and hallucinogens are ok with me i don't see stuff that helps you as drugs.

Hey judder I’ve just relapsed on whiskey on the 1st of November. I drank a litre a day for 8 days. I could have carried on but I stopped. I’ve been through hell but I’m virtually back to normal. Still nightmares & sweats but the poisons nearly all out of my system & mind. It’s a bad game drinking judder. Stay sober with me. Life’s shit at time but it’s turmoil drinking.

I got a load in my mouth had a load of teeth out yesterday. I went for being knocked out. Paying for my past as we do from time to time. It's annoying can't smoke, I can but I've had a dry socket in the past bloody painful. Gagging for a joint I'll grab some Monday 3 days after the operation. I tell you something it's given me faith in the NHS again, I've had awful treatment in the past negligence even. Now I'm clean I got the royal treatment so refreshing it really was.

That's one of the things we use for because we are bored though don't forget judder is only an excuse which we can all find. You know you can do this, like you say just pick up the phone. I use the 3 d,s. Delay,detract, decide. Do 10 minutes of each because are thoughts go after 20 to 30 minutes judder. Good luck lad. 👍
