Ive enjoying watching the change in judder over the last few month. He's looking well now. Stick with it judder. If your ever down north wales way you should visit the cai dai museum in denbigh. Its run by a man named sparrow harrison. Hes an ex boxer who worked for the krays on the doors years ago. Hes got some good storys. Its a good day out. The museum is next to the old north wales mental asylum thats a good look around aswell.

I was complaining about a friend who's addicted and my dad made a great point i wss terribly deluded myself at one point the issue with delusion is until you are out, you can't see the woods for trees. Now I'm clean tbe emotions are something else they really are. Which I'm learning is a good thing really. I felt little for 20 years . Went to loads of funerals didn't bat a eyelid. Lad, when you're head excepts the fact that the swag ain't what it used to be and we are to old now to be killing ourselves quickly with all this new shit that's coming, stick to your script with blinkers on for 2/3 weeks, the rest is just headwork, easier said than done, but it can be done.
