muchas gracias Juanpa for showing Bhutan in such a fun way! I really enjoyed seeing you immerse yourself completely in our culture! =)
The fact that we get free videos on KZread by National Geographic is truly a gift; keeping the education and knowledge alive. 👏👏👏
Truly honoured as a Bhutanese to see you enjoying and relishing your days in our country. 🇧🇹🥹❤️
This video made me so happy! Videos like this remind me how simple we are as humans. We laugh when others laugh. We cheer when others succeed. We all love to teach things that are important to us

Juanpa is the best!
As a Bhutanese, Thank you for coming and sharing your woubderful experience.
So refreshing to watch him here.
The dedication to preserving Bhutan’s natural beauty and cultural heritage is truly inspiring. The carbon-negative status and the traditional homestay experience showcase a deep respect for the environment and local customs.
Beautiful beyond words... That is Bhutan!
Best part of the film was observing the joy shared between Juanpa and the Bhutanese people, very moving and inspiring.
Best thing I've seen on youtube in a very long time. Thank you
I thought this episode was so beautiful. The young lad made it exciting. I shed a few tears for him. I was touched by the elders. I would love to travel here. I could imagine the cost.
More Juanpa! He's great
He gives such a good vibe and it was great watching my country through another lens.
Thanks for exploring 🇧🇹 Bhutan. where happiness is more important than wealth.❤️❤️❤️
You're great Juanpa, thank you for being such an incredible and special soul ❤️
Ok, great video and Bhutan is indeed a very nice country. I’m visiting Bhutan right now for almost 2 weeks but with a lower budget than the guys making this video. Therefore, the experience is proportional to the budget :D And by the way, don’t confuse the so called “Gross National Happiness”, which is a marketing strategy to promote the country, with the claim “the happiest people in the world”. I personally wish all people are happy and I met some very nice people here in Bhutan indeed. I’m glad that the team had a good time and I appreciate the good quality of the video, even though it looks more like an advertisement as the reality may be just slightly different. I do recommend anyone to travel to Bhutan, and by the way, you can actually be here without a guide. The guide is only mandatory if you travel between different cities/towns and/or visit a monastery/palace/attractions. But if you want to wander around Thimphu or Paro, you can do it without a guide. I wonder why they didn’t go to Paro Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest) Monastery as part of this trip?
Thank you for visiting Bhutan and exploring the happiness 😊
At the end of video i shed some tears beacuse my heart was warmed by this video❤ thank you for visiting Bhutan
My tear literally just came out at the end of the video. I didnt know how beautiful my country Bhutan is. Thank you for such a beautiful vidoe.
Thank you so much for the efforts to make this one of a kind video and especially because most of the videos online about Bhutan don't do justice in showing the real part of our country and the beauty of it, even I felt the sense of my country's beautifully preserved nature and that's through a screen haha
Juanpa living his best life and unimaginable experience 🙏🏻
