Large ancient sites suggests quite large numbers of people, which requires organised growing of food and thus land clearance. The fact that these have all been hidden by jungle in a relatively short period of time (2000-3000yrs) suggests that parts of the Amazon are perhaps not as ancient as previously thought and that rejuvenation of denuded areas would be possible if there was a will to do so.
@jasonlmathews2 ай бұрын
I know what they're used for. So imagine you are part of an advanced tribal system. You're trekking through the jungle from your village to village Y. Now you don't have maps or reliable ones. So you find one of these shapes, it shows you where North or any other cardinal directions. It tells you where you are and which marking you're at. So then you go, "Oh I am here, so I need to go this way to get to village Y." So there you go. In a society without aircraft, satellites, or reliable maps; man-made landmarks work out really well.

Yea not so, you guys take so much credit from the ancient people. Actually thinking that we are so much smarter today. I feel like they knew more than we will ever know. The life we live now is so sickening, to the food we eat. The truth is we clearly have no idea why they did that.

@@robertlopez3088 I am not taking any credit from anyone. All I was saying was that the most logical explanation was that the rocks were nothing more than essentially highway markers. Look at Humans today. We have highway signs everywhere. They help us navigate the complex network of roads. They even point us to landmarks like the giant beer can in Arkansas along Highway 22. So say in 1,000 years, someone will say, "Oh it must have been a temple?" Or is someone more likely to say, "Oh that was something interesting someone made because they like beer." Don't speak for them, take the data at hand and look at it from a simple perspective. If I was a guy making my way through a complex series of jungle paths and fauna a marker to point me the right way makes more sense than anything else. Also even if it wasn't made for that purpose, I'd bet it was reimagined into that purpose. Just as the giant Beer might be near a gas station exit, so people go "Oh the beer, I need to get off the next exit for gas." The creator never meant it for that but people reimagined it as a landmark just the same.

He referenced one of his more recent books, "America Before: The Key to Earth's Lost Civilization". I am of the Choctaw tribe, my ancestors were ancient moundbuilders. I believe Graham is bringing to light, making known valuable information that has been neglected in these lands.

At 6:42 I’m pretty sure he is describing the premise of the movie “Contact” with Jodie Foster and the route she travels in the alien craft…🤯🤷♂️

"Remote common ancestor." Pure Hancock. Insightful, intuitive and enlightened. The man and the mission. I was with you at the beginning, I'm still with you. I hear others who have a contribution to this awakening (offering actual scientific/engineering evidence; and firm 'alchemical' understanding). Our past is the inherent wealth of our species, and by god .... we will have it.

I believe we have always existed as human beings on this planet. But we are another existence in this time. I believe there were many other human life experiences for millions of years +. We have all the architecture to prove that. And millions of year old structures under other structures. On and on. We just keep copying each other and getting better each time. The tech has always been there. It just goes away, and than get reinvented again.
I will have more of this please.

If one sees themselves as on the positive path, one would do well to avoid most everything having to do with the veneration of the constellation Orion. Take it or leave it, words of love and advice.
What is wrong with these people? Do they not understand that we know everything…they are just never going to tell the peasants…..why can you not understand?
So that means you might see individuals on ur Way around the Milky Way Who have been dead long before you but youre moving faster than them. Without being able to help them

I had a boss at my last job who was a public Ed history teacher. He used to take daily trips himself. He wanted me to call him Jesus. Wasn’t happening… he always talked like this guy and one day he bursts through my front door at my home on Christmas Eve claiming he had alien proof that his home is being visited. He showed me pictures of tracks in the snow all around his house. They were rabbit tracks that he claimed were the three towed strides of an alien being. Yep good ole dmt hard at work on the crazies.

Perhaps graham Hancock is right. Religion is the reason, those who have committed crimes should be punished but perhaps we are descendants of demons but are just test subjects of gods creation himself
