This is prob gonna be my album of the year. It’s having a “Because The Internet” effect on me, i couldn’t get into it at first but recently it clicked and I can get through the whole album without skipping in several plays. The way he sequences his drums, the way he samples, the way he imitates other rappers flows but adds his own style to it, it all just meshes insanely well together. I know he’ll prob never sign to a major label, but i’d love to see what he could do with some proper money backing his projects. Just my two cents, can’t wait to watch the review now!

Crazy marketing when you think about it
Lmao I love that they spend so long talking about whether it's a diss. Then fantano interviews Peggy and asks him "feefo or c town" and Peggy just says "oh c town that nigga sexy >:)". Don't think it was a diss haha
At this point, you guys need to do a review where you give what you think each others reactions to an album would be... Myke does Ken's, Feefo does Myke etc.

I wasn’t really liked this album on first listen but after revisiting it again and again I love it. I definitely think it takes multiple listens to appreciate because on the first listen you are mostly just put off but the abrasive production.
I agree with ModestMedia there have been some albums I played on first listen that just didn't click. But, on second listen I find myself liking it; so sometimes it does take a couple spins for an album to grow on you.
Thank you guys for reviewing this shit. I checked it out cause i was intrigued. Love it

Being old has little to do with it, it's more about being exposed to things you're not used to. A few years ago and I wouldn't understand this music at all, because it was completely new and rather unconventional to the music I usually listen to. So I can't blame someone for not feeling this kind of music, it's certainly an acquired taste and takes some time to digest.
I actually really fucked with this loud ass weird ass production it just scratches that itch that metal normally does but it's hiphop so it just kinda fucks my head up in a weird dope way idk that's just me

Honestly, I love that there's this clear respect here even when y'all really don't vibe with what the guy's doing overall.
Loving Myke C-Towns Black Phillip Hoodie.
I've listened to this album 3 times and wasn't feeling it, but there is something telling me to like it. It took me 2 months to dig Brick body kids still daydream. I'll try to give it 2 more listens. Dope review guys.
I went from feeling like Feefo to Myke the more I listened to it. This album just challenges me as a listener the way i want to be
Baby I'm Bleeding bumps in the whip crazy
i didn't update to high sierra yet and now i don't think i'm going to, thanks myke
When are y’all gonna do the new Cupcakke album?
I used to have a hard time with how noisy this shit is too but overtime as I got used to the sounds it comes together so well
Feefo at 4:03 had me HOLLERING
myke chose a interesting sword to die on at the start
dope!
I felt the first track was mainly showing Peggy is a master of his craft (he knows how to make sick beats and bars, he knows the ecosystem he's in from (a)drake to (z)myke) so all of the following tracks will be heard form a perspective of "he chose to do it this way, it's not a mistake or laziness, we should pay attention to this nonsense because it is no nonsense".
It hurts me that he does all the wrestling references because I wanted to be the one to do those references
the time has finally come

I wish Manpurse made the album that is what got me hyped for a new project.
Can you please review Skyzoo or Sylvan Lacue.
I agree with a lot of what you guys said. I like his rapping, but the album is too experimental and glitchy for me to listen to it all at once. Baby I'm Bleeding, Real Nega, Germs, and 1539 N. Calvert are great tracks though. Definitely less accessible than Clipping.
I've been aware of Peggy for about a year or two but his music never clicked for me. I remember listening to Black Ben Carson and actually turning it off like "Ugh! Fuck this!". This album made me do a complete 180. I love this. This is gonna be in my Top 10 at the end of the year; I'm calling it now. JPEGMAFIA fucking rules. I may even revisit Black Ben Carson now.
Haven't seen a review in that house in a minute
The masses are finally seeing the light!!
I got to say, I learned to really like this album it was weird at first but it stayed in my head enough to keep coming back. What Myke says at 13:30 is perfect. JPEG is like Uzi if he decided to be more abstract than just rapping bout lean, broads, and getting head...and could rap in general
