These guys competed at the oceania adcc trials they were nuts. Kenta hits a throw gets him a clutch 2 points to win the match. Absolute beast.
Need to start watching these more. Such a goldmine for technique. Thanks B-Team! The headlock to one-arm guillotine was so slick and yet so simple. Definitely will need to test that out.

The control on the second leg from side control, as they retain their guard I just noticed. Seems obvious, it’s the grip he took I just noticed.
damn as soon as you're even thinking about the arm bar jozef is already 90% through a turning escape, both chaps looking very handsome out there 🙏
Sick roll. It's so great to see people have competitive rolls, and then go on to compliment and learn from each other. Wholesome AF!
Amazingly shot, even in 4k and great techniques, what could you ask more. Keep up the good work, won't be surprised if this Chanel hits a million next year.
So evenly matched, pleasure to watch.
The guillotine is my new favourite submission even though I'm not finishing it often yet because I find the grip alone often buys me some time against people bigger than me - 1 more second before I get flattened - nice to see it done well against someone who also defends it well!
Daaamn that guillotine was nice, gotta try that! Awesome roll, thanks for sharing!
i love it !!!
Asians fighting in the ancient art of Mexican Ground Karate🤘🏽
Great roll
What's the trip takedown at the end called? I can't understand what Jozef is calling it? That's really cool and I want to remember it.

What was the grip on that guillotine? 6:10

It's called a high wrist position/guillotine. The arm around the neck is basically elbow deep, with the thump almost touching the back of the neck. The other arm is overhooking, typically either pushing up on the bottom of the forearm, or with the hand grabbing the opposite elbow. For about a split second, you can see Josef almost touching his own elbow. I hope this helps 😃
6:00 sick transition from an anaconda setup to guillotine sweep
6:10 what is that guillotine? seems like an arm in guillotine but with the choking arm all the way through. Does anyone know?

It's a high wrist guillotine
Around 4:20 it seemed that Jozef could have gone for a kimura but deliberately avoided it a number of times. I wonder what his thinking was.

Can someone do a voice over?
Can someone explain why the heel hook at 1:10 didn't injure kenta?
@Grandroborox
Жыл бұрын
His leg and hips are free to move because chen's knees aren't pinching, and kenta is posting on the inside of chen's knee to prevent his leg getting trapped.

Also worth noting that it was an outside heelhook, which has weaker breaking mechanics
