We’ll use guided meditation, journaling, art-making, and connecting with your Higher Self in a playful, warm and supportive virtual environment to set intentions for the new year.
With the support and higher perspective of my guide, we will dig deep, beyond the ego-mind and tap into our soul’s wisdom.

A recording of the retreat will be sent out after the event to all those who have signed up, so you will be able to participate in the workshop in your own time, even if you are not available on January 22.
