    Thanks chef ji aapka sab recipes bahothi unique hoe hai , mai suggestions karna chahti hu ki jawar aateme thoda boiling water dalke mix kijiye aaur baki normal water dalke masal kar boll bana dijiye balls fatenge nahi aaur hath bhi jalenge nahi , hamare yaha vela Amavsya ke din 4/ 5kg aateka banate hai mix vegetables ke sath yearly once A festival hota hai .

Usually we soak grains overnight which is not possible while using flour . Is there a healthy way to reduce phytic acid from flours . Your presentation is very good.
