@@transportation1013 I for myself, I didn't take vaccine for Malaria i, a colleague suggested better not to take...But it's up to you..If you think It will be good for to take the vaccine. Yellow Fever vaccine is a must..🌱😀

WOW. Manaus is mesmerizing. Beautiful magical buildings. My favorite video. Though I have only been to São Paulo and Santa Catarina, I named my dog Manaus (I call her Wolfie). I am blown away. Would love to visit Manaus.

@@ronaldostraubeldeoliveira We stayed on Santa Catarina Island (Florianopolis). Visited restaurants and beaches all over the island. Drove on the mainland too. Visited Blumenau. I loved it all. Even the view of São Paulo from the airplane.

"Enjoyed" Manaus. There's something very warm (not just the steamy weather), very real and down to earth about it. I like that market where you had your meal. Nice to see simple way of life, in a very complicated world.

Love your work on these videos. I had no idea the Amazon area looked like that. Amazing. The food looked fantastic.

First time I have stumbled upon your channel. I'm a fan of Brazil, so I enjoyed every bit of it. I really like the way they tiled the public spaces, it looks so cool. Brazil appears to be a land of abundance. You got a lot of fish. What you call "banana" I suspect is "plantain". Which is widely consumed throughout the tropics. Obrigado.

Wow this is on my bucket list and I love the Amazon. Been to the Ecuadorian Amazon and now really want to go here.

loved your video as usual. FYI the kiosk at the airport where you got your boarding pass is made here in Canada. I along with a team of 20 people produce those machines for LATAM and other airlines around the world. It's comforting to know that I am helping you guys travel so I can watch more of your great content.

The burp is gold. 17:50. Food all around the Amazon seems similar. I had soup and fish dishes very similar in the Peruvian Amazon city of Leticia. Very tasty.

This is fantastic city and your video is always superb.You two are such a great couple and we love to watch you travelling the country.Brazil is such a huge country with so many things to see and to visit.We are very grateful to you n because you are doing a super job introducing to the public this fascinating country.Thank you so much Yors fans from Chicago,USA.

Eu mesmo brasileiro , nunca fui na Amazônia. Acho que.uns 80% ou mais tb. E sempre ficamos opinando. Mas a população local que vive nessa imensidão não influencia na política nacional. Séria bom até incentivarem o turismo nacional pra essa região, até desconhecida para nós do sudeste, Sul. Isso está acima do turismo em regiões rurais do Sul, sudeste.

Great Amazon! Pirarucú is the Brazilian Bacalao from the Amazon River. Enjoy it. We need to respect the jungle and the tribes that were the first inhabitants. Also we need to say "no" to animal trafficking.

Was not expecting a big city in the Amazon or all the 19th century architecture.Loved the ornate theatre and the historic district and the markets.Certainly didn't expect a big,long beach and modern towers! Another wonderful vlog on Brazil and Manaus, but I couldn't help noticing the optical illusion that started at 10:12 when it appeared as if the pattern (on practically every beachfront walkway in Brazil) on the ground was undulating and moving adjacent to Carol. Wow by accident.

Excellent. This is one of the top towns of SA I'd like to visit.

The rubber tree latin name is Hevea Brasiliensis. Henry Ford tried to corner the rubber market or at least create his own source of rubbber for his car manufacturing by founding a rubber producing community called Fordlandia in the Amazon basin, ultimately unsuccessful but an interesting story.

Just a small correction, the location is called Ponta Negra, not Ponte Negra. The video was amazing!

Vcs tem que visitar Presidente Figueiredo, no Amazonas. E Lençóis Maranhenses (Maranhão) e Jalapão (Tocantins). Dois lugares únicos, que só existem no Brasil e são pouquíssimos divulgados lá fora. Parece que vcs já sairam da Bahia sem conhecer a Chapada Diamantina, isso é imperdoável, hehe.

Para conhecer o sabor do peixe tambaqui, o ideal é comer ele assado. Como você comeu, o caldo se misturou ao peixe devido ao tempero. Quanto ao pirarucu de casaca, é muito saboroso pela mistura entre salgado e doce. 😊

Hostel Amazonia!!! ...you don't have to stay at the hostel to book the 'into the Amazon' jungle lodge that is owned by indigenous Amazonians. The 'jungle' accommodations are very good...hammocks to cabins...the menu is very good....there are day and night excursions included....piranha fishing... A very good experience. And in Manaus there are 'river dolphin' tours where only the brave get into the water. 14:16 -> About a half hour past the bridge in the background is where the 'river dolphin' speed boats go. A kind of scary but awesome in the water Amazon experience. 20:22 -> Pirarucu(Manaus) -> kzread.info/dash/bejne/gIl2mLtultG8lps.html 23:59 -> Quando Chris descreve, Carol não consegue resistir. Um relacionamento muito bom.

I know people that have been around Brazil with no Portuguese knowledge at all so it can definitely be done. Especially in these big cities you can usually get cel phone reception everywhere so you can always use google translator 😁

Very nice video of Manaus. I spent over two years from September of 1970 to October of 1972 in Manaus and Itacoatiara serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Your video reminded me of my first experience in Manaus after arriving from training in Belem do Para.

I had no idea that a beautiful urban area existed in the Amazon, with such beautiful and historic buildings. The markets, especially the one with heaps of fruits and fish looked so inviting. You're such a nice couple and I love that you speak Portuguese as I do also.
