@@xToollaser like Maria I was able only to take the survey on the smartphone, when I've checked the website via computer (chrome) that spot is hidden or cannot be seen.

This is exactly why I recommend xTool to my audience. Transparent videos like this gives users a look behind the scenes in the factory and the effort that goes into making each laser. GREAT job xTool team. Your hard work shows!

My husband bought me the M1 just before Christmas 2023 and it really changed a lot of things for me, i do so many different types of things with it. I have been very happy with this machine thus far. We have been looking into getting the F1, but now i think we will wait a while longer and think about this new machine instead. Keep up the good/great work and thank you very much.

Oh boy; I have the P2 and F1. I love them both but with the small working area I have really wished it was a bigger space and stronger Fiber. This ultra looks like it would fill those needs I’ve been looking for! Looks like I’ll have to add a third machine to my workshop/office! Hi, as a small business owner who recently received the F1, I must say it’s been a great profitable addition to my business. The ability to take the machine on-site to events has been a game changer but the work space is a bit small, and the IR and diode lasers are a bit under powered. Great for dog tags, small jewelry items, business cards and coasters. Doing larger tumblers is a bit of a challenge. It would be great to have the power of the new F1 ultra. The machine may not be as portable but many of my customers ordered a customized product based on seeing the F1 in action on smaller projects. I was able to accept the order, produce the customized product off site and give it to the customer the following day. Having the F1 Ultra would be a true game changer for my business. I would be honored to be the recipient of the F1 Ultra and it would certainly be put to good use. I do quite a bit of work on metal drink-ware for a local Yeti vendor. Recently, I’ve been expanding my work on jewelry related items. Starting to do ring engraving and it would be helpful to have a higher power IR laser not to mention how much faster the drink-ware and jewelry engraving will be.

Great video!! You guys are all so young! Good for you! I love my F1 and use it often, and I have S1, but I still haven’t had a chance to use it. F1 Ultra looks incredible! :)

i'm verry exited to see this new unit to work ! It's verry nice from your r&d department to incorporate in a compact form all the electronic and power. With the F1 utra it seems you do not need an external power controller unit and you get a close lids cover !! Its a verry nice add to the p2 owner who can explore a new market with this f1 ultra !!

I am a recent user and purchaser of both the X tool F1 and S1 with screen print setups as well as the bells and whistles they offer for rhem and i must say i have been running my small business now for a bit over a year but both of these machines have helped me tons in the last few months. Should have made the switch long ago. 🙏🏽

Now I need a TRADE IN OFFER for my 4 month old Xtool F1!!!

I am so looking forward to this machine. I bought a Gweike G2 fiber laser when it came out and it has been nothing but a headache and disappointment. I've loved my xTool experience with my P2 and only expect the best from them now.

I'm so excited to see what this can do, and although I wish I could afford one, I can at least appreciate it from afar. I did fill out the survey, and knowing my luck I will not be one of the lucky 5, but hey....never hurts to try.

@@xToollaser games, signs, ornaments, earrings all from wood and acrylic (or a combination of both). We also contract with a local printer to do their awards and laser engraved items. The F1 Ultra will make completing those contracted items much quicker. Plus the increased size of the working area over the F1 will be fantastic.

I didn’t realize @xtool finally made a Fibre laser So stoked !

I loved the idea of the F1 but thought that it's metal engraving wasn't powerful enough for my business needs - and then you make this, the perfect improvement! Ironically this is on the very day that I ordered a large aeon CO2 laser, so my bank balance needs to recover from that before I consider getting one of these machines - but fingers crossed the giveaway competition solves that problem for me 😅

​​@@xToollaser various things (I run a housewares/giftware shop on high Street) but F1 ultra would make it easier to make metal pet tags, and brass makers mark logo plates for a furniture maker friend (as setting up my rotary machine is time consuming, need to clamp etc). Also having a small machine at front of shop would make it quicker to do one off jobs for customers such as monogramming leather wallets etc!

This will help me take my business to the next level.

I just bought a F1... I already have a D1 Pro with a 10w, a 20w, a 40w and an IR head... I wish I would have known that a few days earlier

I’m currently in the process of trying to sell my big desktop laser I bought for my small business because I realized that it doesn’t do the the things I’m actually interested in doing. I Run a small 3D printing shop out of my garage and I was looking at replacing my gweike cloud pro with the F1, then I saw the ultra. I really have to pick up my business because I want the ultra. I wish I looked into the Xtool equipment before I bought mine.

It looks pretty cool, and I do like how my S1 40watt feels like a quality product. But that woman was absolutely right and the engineer was a little bit too. For the end users of these products, and esp the new Ultra, we are talking about people using them to make money. Time is money, and downtime costs money. So the lenses should be user replaceable, and the machine being serviceable is key to having a long lasting product. Im actually a little surprised that was even a conversation when according to xtool the normal 20 watt diode lense should be cleaned every 1hour of use. And its very easy to clean. I have been 3d printing for 10 years now, and almost every one of them that uses proprietary/unfixable parts has gone in the trash when it breaks

Love my F1; quick question... is it possible to cut carbon fiber like some of the fiber lasers out there?

I am going to have to keep my eye on this. I have the D1 Pro 10w which was good but I need to do more. I was looking at the F1 but just wasn’t what I was looking for but this Ultra has me really interested. One question can this engrave on contours without the rotors? Such as on the edge of a plater?

Will the F1 ultra be able to do tapered tumbler correction to more easily place graphics on a tapered cylinder?

Will this version be able to cut deeper into silver 0.3/0.5 depth will be dope!

at the 3:47-4:20 , an interchangeable lens that will allow us to change the workspace area IS a major feature/pro of having a fiber laser. especially for the price of $4800, you could get a 50w fiber from some other places. also, if this isn't a "mopa" style fiber laser, you're not going to get the "color engraving" that you're thinking about. can you do it without a mopa? sure. with the right settings and material. just not as good. being able to adjust the frequency is what helps with color.

We currently own a D1 pro 20w and a P2. We would like to get an F1 for on site engraving at craft fairs. I've been wanting a fiber laser as well. Looks like I'll be spending more money with X tool when this is released. Please do a bundle with the air purifier!

As F1 owner I wish that you can upgrade the F1 and provide the necessary and easy to assemble hard ware to become like new f1 ultra.🌹

Unfortunately, it is going to be way too expensive. I have an F1, which I love, but I need something to produce larger items now. For that amount of money, I can invest in a P2 or two S1 or even a two 70w Atomstack. I can still use the f1 for craft events.
