Yes. It is very reliable for muddy tracks.

Very interesting terrain and a challenging drive in some places by the look of it. However even a V8 is not going to bulldoze you through that heavy liquid mud as there is too much resistance on the front of the vehicle once you get below axle depth. And judging by the engine high revs I would say you were very much in the wrong gear For a V9 low third would have managed ok, Steady revs, Difflock in and just keep going!

+Wishnu Adji Adji V8 discoveries will have better economy than this because unless you found a pre 1990 one (which is pretty rare) it will have fuel injection-------------------------------Penemuan V8 akan memiliki ekonomi yang lebih baik daripada ini karena kecuali Anda menemukan 1990 satu pra ( yang cukup langka ) itu akan memiliki injeksi bahan bakar .

+Matt Bryant you seem to know about landies. I hear a rumor that the electronics on 90's landies have issues. I'm buying my first 4x4 and might go for something besides jeep.

Dylan McCallister Depends on which one you are planning for but most 90s landies have very simple electronics, especially the 200/300 tdis which run off like 3 wires, even on the EFI v8s the wiring is very simple. where are you and what are you planning on getting?
