Getting through Temptation is the HARDEST part of the journey. Without your life focusing on the narcissist, it's like you're lost and alone. And all this time, you've been so focused on them that you haven't dealt with your own weaknesses and strengthen yourself.

I guess it comes down to us learning to trust our gut. We often know in our gut, but our learned trauma response to please otters,, to agree, to feel we are wrong- we don't listen to our gut. It takes practice, but I found out that listening to my gut points me to good situations and people.

I’d like to point out that if a person acts on their attraction to the “Hot” person, they *become* the Predator.

Why does it say INVALID a few times? 4:12 is one. Does it mean that attraction is invalid, or that part of this video is incorrect, or is it an editing glitch?
