I have been a huge fan of Journey since the 70's. Thank you Arnel for helping keep the original Journey sound alive!!

They should take breaks at least 2 weeks in between tours, those songs are harsh on your vocal nerves, it affects your breathing too

It's a fact that Journey songs are difficult to sing, more so if it's Tour LIVE Concert with its change of temperature on its location and its brutal hectic schedule, it's incredible that Arnel managed to carry on the torch as frontman for more than 16 years, without fail.. with all that energy on stage, he managed to charms the crowds with his amazing vocals! it's a very entertaining performance most socially when this Concert is being seen at the venue, it's a great Journey experience to have!! Bravo Journey!!

I agree, Arnel is amazing but a grueling tour schedule will wreak havoc on anyone's vocal cords. Look what happened to Steve Augeri who used to be their lead singer years ago.

Arnel carrying the torch is amazing… great band I hope Steve remains brothers with these guys. He is the reason Arnel is an amazing singer. I’m from a small island in Micronesia and you guys ROCK!!!

I can understand how tiring it can be, you can really start hear it in Arnel's voice, I know their on tour until tomorrow tonight, and then again in July which is when I'll be seeing them. I hope the rest of the band gets a much needed rest. I play my musical instruments every night and have been for the past year in a half, so I understand a little bit how tiring it can be. As long as you're capable of working your ass off and having fun that's all that matters.

I disagree; Laryngitis paralyzes the voice by killing the nerves within the vocal cords.

I,m singer but Arnel's vocal chord is so amazing is live... journeys songs are difficult to sing so high many singers sung 3 to 5 journey's song is enough

I love Arnel ( my wife is Filipina on top of it all) his story and his success and YES, he is not Steve Perry but than we have to ask ourselves if Steve would be able too to live up to the high expectations of die-hard Journey fans. There are several glitches in Arnel's singing here. and that is in Vegas, where expectations are immense. I have tickets for Orlando in July. Let's hope they recover and I don't have to say when people ask "How was the Journey concert "? and my answer will be "Def Leppard was great".

Never ceases to amaze me how Arnel has been singing this catalog so long and still sounds great. And thank you Journey for not playing Don't Stop Believing as the encore. Even they realize how cliche it would be😂 I really hope they play more new songs off Freedom on this tour I miss Ross too but glad they got Todd Jensen. He sounds awesome and looks like he belongs there. He always has really great shirts too! Marco's a good player but it just didn't seem to fit.

HOOOOLYYYYY-FILIPINO RCK STAR😅!!! Whoever said Arnel couldn’t hit the high notes must have been deaf! I would know, because I AM partially in one ear😂😂😂. Just saw him Friday, 4/26/24…A-MAZING. He was 100% ON his game👍🤲🤲. One of thee best Journey concerts I have seen👍. If he struggles at some shows, it’s no wonder….Back, to back, to back shows, night after night! If Journey, as a whole, cared as much about their fans as @Arnelpineda does, they would give his voice a chance to rest. We saved up $ to have 3rd row seats and, I have to say…..even considering the big heads in my view, I managed to get some GREAT footage. It was very evident that Arnel was thoroughly enjoying himself on stage. He even came down into the audience to high-five as many people as he could. He CARES about those who can’t afford the astronomically expensive seats and wants to ensure they too enjoy his performance as much as he does and, the more fortunate. I even got video of him acting silly with his band mates. I will be posting the video’s I was fortunate enough to get in my YT page, #relateandcreatewithmary You rock, #Airnel🫶🏻

I don't get the band for not dropping the key down a step for the singer as he ages. He's got a great voice, but the song is just too high for him to sing comfortably.

I saw them twice in 2011 and 2013, they were consistently tuned down since that time, it really doesn't sound bad. I don't understand why they now tune back up. They need to keep it a half step down. Most bands do it. Not only does it save on vocals but it's easier on the instruments. And only audiophiles and musicians would know the difference.😊
