Honestly! I was battling with my earphone volume thinking the fault is from it until I confirm from another video.

The problems of Nigeria is known by all the political leaders including 90%of Nigerians that all laws and constitution are obsolate/are old, but instead of rewriting or update our law and constitution to make a better life in all demographic so that all this delay tactic of deliberation or consultation will make life better in a short period of time. This is delay tactic pls. Now the law need to be renewed or rewriting which is the stumbling block then no need for negotiation with no law ammendment. Pls let us do the needful.
