@@darraghtormey1500 It’s not hair splitting. They’re not the same position. Occasionally an undersized lock can play 6 or an especially big backrow can fill in at lock. But an openside and a lock are completely different positions. It’s like saying Messi is the best centre half in world football ball or Michael D. Higgins is Taoiseach.

He has zero South African connection. Born and raised in Co Wicklow . His surname is of Dutch origin through his grandparents who moved to Ireland 1950s . So ya, the Dutch should not let all your players go to South Africa 😂
