When i first started playing electric in 1975 (@ 16 years old) my teacher/friend Alex Aguilar (Aguilar Amps) who was one of the hottest young country/rock guitarist in NYC area back then. he said i had one of the best natural blues feels for a beginner. 45 years later I find the blues the most difficult to attempt anymore. In retrospect my big mistake was unavoidable & twofold = the invention of the internet which exposed so many great unknown guitarist & seeing SRV live 4x. my favorite blues solo? = LZ -'Since I've been lovin' you'.
