Canadian Olympian Josh Liendo clocked in at 50.33 in the men's 100m butterfly to break his own Canadian record by 0.01 seconds he set in 2023. This historic achievement took place during the preliminaries on Day 7 of the Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Swimming Trials.
