Huge game by Jose Alvarado to help the Pelicans take 2nd in the West. Awesome story too. Jose led the country in steals & was one of the top 3PT shooters at Georgia Tech. But he went undrafted bc people thought he was too small. It's cool to see him overcome that & show that the size of his heart mattered more. Big time performance from a big time player.

Watched the game, and he was sensational, but more importantly, Pelicans look like such a lovely team to watch as a whole, I have high hopes for them and wish them the best of luck, froma Portland fan
Felt the pelicans had depth and like what I saw from the beginning of the season, I am a laker fan but I love to see young teams thrive. Rooting for the pelicans

I remember seeing Alvarado when his team won the ACC tournament I knew he was going to be in the NBA balling. He plays with so much emmotion its a awesome
Man, I'm telling you! I think I was the only person who thought Jose Alvarado was a great undrafted free agent signing at the start of last season! Everyone was saying that he was too small! I was curious so I checked out his college film at Georgia Tech, and I fell in love with his game from the beginning! I didn't care about his height! I saw the No Limit Soldier in him! Especially, his will to win and defensive effort! He's not afraid to take the ball into the land of the giants who can make those shots and rarely gets block! He can shoot at all 3 levels! Jose, Jose, Jose!!! Jose, Jose!!!!
