The big thing missing from Mourinho's achievements is that, to the best of my knowledge, he never turned an academy player into a PL or CL winner. Alex Ferguson did it for fun, not just with Beckham and Giggs, but with players like Darren Fletcher, Wes Brown and John O'Shea. And I'm not a Utd fan.

Such an inspiring talk. Unfortunately, Spurs would go on to lose 0-6 that day, after Harry Kane walked into a door, suffering a concussion. When he came around, he thought he was a quarterback for the Miami Dolphins. Poor guy was launching forward passes from his own box. Gave away 4 penalties. Every time West Ham scored, he yelled "TOUCHDOWN!!!" Never been the same since.

Absolutely zero as trainer. Look how Zidane explain to each player his tasks. Jose was talking how bad team and passes, but Zidane just explain to Marcelo, that he must to go deep in attack after passes from Kross or Modric and than passing back or crossing to someone in a back for a good kick. Simple. Every player must to know their responsibilities and tasks , not just talking about their personalities. Secondly there should be other trainers, who will explain every task to player exactly in position where player is. Look at Gvardiola team. Every trainer working with few players def/middle/forwards. And also you need to have a trainer who will improve star statistics and shine on a field

I guess players in Europe have different tiers. Those at Real Madrid are top tier players, definitely better than Tottenham players. We as Indonesian have similar problem, our current national team coach from South Korea has to teach our 'national team players' how to pass and control the ball properly. I'm sure even Guardiola can't make our national team play tiki-taka if the basic fundamental techniques required to play high level football are not present.

You aren't very bright are you? You think players dont' know they roles with Mouurinho? You can't be this thick surely. You think this bit representts what he does with his players? By that rationale there were no tactics involved in the video, so that means José doesn't bother with tactics at all. lol
