Because over 50% of Jordan's population is already of Palestinian origin. Additionally, Jordan has tens of thousands Syrian and Iraqi refugees because the U.S. declared war on their home countries. Jordan doesn't have any more capacity to take in more refugees. The U.S. should take the people of Gaza, if they wish to leave.

That's weird. Did they do ww1, ww2, and the Holocaust? Did they leave Europe after WW2 just for Europe to suddenly end all wars and become peaceful? Was it them or another group? Were they responsible for what the British Empire did? Were they responsible for what that empire did to India?
