Question: Is it possible to apply the flash mirror or full mirror as a gradient so that there is mirror at the top of the lens but not in the bottom? This would be for sunglasses where the tint itself is uniform throughout the lens.

Great question.. The short answer is no - but what we have done is do a gradient tint behind the full mirror or flash mirror resulting in pretty much what you are talking about. Follow this link and you will see it. kzread.info/dash/bejne/eZWqk5SQpr2_hto.html

Is PhotoFusion X the same thing as PhotoFusion Extra?

PhotoFusion X series is the new PhotoFusion self tinting lenses from Zeiss. They are available in Blue Brown Green Gray and Extra Grey. Hope this helps.

We do not carry the old variant anymore. Not sure where you are located and where you get your lenses. BUT it should be from us! Lol
