Jordan Rubin: The Maker's Diet Revolution (Part 2) (July 14, 2014)

Can a diet based on biblical principles help you lose weight and have more energy? Jordan Rubin, health expert and New York Times best-selling author joins Rabbi Jonathan Bernis to discuss his latest book, "The Maker's Diet Revolution." This diet originated when a young Jewish boy refused to eat the King's delicacies and requested to consume only foods that the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob had blessed. Finally a Dr. who talks about food for health. For me, pork and shellfish cause gout and inflammation, so I avoid.😊

So Yeshua was "legalistic" when He obeyed His Father's Commandments for food? What? It's not "legalism" to be obedient and submitted to the Father's instructions, that are given for our good and blessing! Check out the last chapters of Deuteronomy and see what He promises to those who are obedient and keep His Commandments!

Legalistic is trying to say that eating pork is a sin and that you must stay away from pork. There are people I know who are being blessed and moving in the spirit but still eat pork.

Do you notice how Ruben consistently avoids specifics about the contents of the diet, because he wants to sell you his books and his subscriptions? go through all his videos, go through all his lectures, there is virtually nothing, I repeat nothing of detail about the specific content of his makers diet and he preferred and non-preferred foods. Only here, when he is forced to by a direct question, does he break down and allude to two or three such foods. Whatever else he is, he is the preferable Jewish salesman, at work to fatten his wallet, and he's very good at it!

His Makers Diet is a FREE PDF. Look before you leap, think before you speak. No reason for snipping comments. In addition, the book can be purchased for around $5 online.
