Daniel is one of the most important prophecies we have, but only the early Hebrew Script can give us the correct reading. We need to look carefully at the first two Hebrew words of Daniel 9:24 to understand the message. Verse 24, begins with two identical Hebrew words: שבעים שבעים 'Seventy Seventy' but when translated from the Masoretic Text that includes Vowel Pointing, one word is changed to read 'Weeks'. So instead of 'Seventy Seventy' the translation reads Seventy 'Weeks'. If we read on, we can see that the prophesy is about 'Your People' and 'Your Holy City' splitting the prophesy into two and indicating that Two Calculations, each beginning with 'Seventy' would follow in verse 25. Know and Understand! ...the going forth of the word to rebuild Jerusalem - Until - Messiah the Prince... Seventy (not 'Weeks') Seven - and - Seventy (not 'Weeks') Sixty and Two. So now we have Two Calculations that refer to the 'Year 'of 'The going forth of the Word or Decree to rebuild Jerusalem', followed by 'The 'Year' of the Birth of Messiah the Prince'. Seventy x7 = 490 plus Seven x7 = 49 Total = 539 BC the Decree of Cyrus Seventy x7 = 490 minus 62 x7 = 434 Total = 56 BC the Birth of Messiah the Prince If we take 56 from 539 we have the 483 years given in the 'Seventy Weeks' calculation of the prophesy'. The rest of Daniel 9:24-27 is just as interesting though controversial, let me know what you think?

Excellent point that the "70 weeks" that the angel Gabriel (materialized as a "man") gave to the Hebrew prophet Daniel of the tribe of Yehuda (or Judah) were 70 weeks of YEARS, not literal 24-hour days that the Math would reveal. That is the command to restore and rebuild Jerusalem (the capital city of the southern 2 tribe Kingdom of Judah and Benjamin) and that is the Gentile monarch or ruler rather than being "Darius" that Ezra asserts in the video; other scholars favor the 20th year reign (455-454 B.C.E. or Before the Common Era) of King Artaxerxes of Persia. An excellent point to remember is that Jehovah has the incomparable ability to do as stated by the prophet Isaiah the son of Amoz to accurately foretell the future that humans cannot by comparison. It is for this very reason that the rabbis do not allow their followers to read the book of Daniel, saying its too holy for your eyes in order to prevent Israel seeing who Messiah is & that He already has come & will come again. Our prayers must continually be made before the Throne of our God for the people of Israel that they may believe in Yeshua (Jesus) that they may be saved. Why didn't list the dates of Darius' decree that you said you have and how it ties to whatever date of Messiah coming. If it is so clear, explain it. It should be easily proven, calculated for all to see.

Amen. Jesus Christ, Israel's Messiah, confirmed the prophecy of Daniel: Luk 24:27, "And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself."

Proof the 70th week of Daniel was fulfilled in the past: Based on Hebrews 12:22-24, the Messiah’s death in Daniel 9:26 cannot be separated from the New Covenant fulfilled by His blood at Calvary. See the words "church" and "mount Sion" and "new covenant" and "Jesus" and "blood" in the passage. Are we supposed to believe the angel Gabriel appeared to Daniel to reveal the timeline of the Messiah who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34, and then the angel failed to even mention the New Covenant. Or, is the covenant with the many in Daniel 9:27 the same covenant with the many in Matthew 26:28? The 1599 Geneva Bible is the Bible the Pilgrims brought to America, before John Darby showed up on our shores about the time of the Civil War. If more people would pray in the spirit or what some people refer to as tongues the devil would have no clue to what you are praying about. And then your prayers could be answer sooner. But if you don’t have the baptism of the HoIy Spirit then ask of God and He will give it to you so you can pray with prayers unhinder from the enemy. Daniel prayed in Hebrew because he didn’t have the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the devil knows Hebrew.

I did not watch the video because it is always the same stuff. I will just say that you can say a prophecy was fulfilled perfectly as proof of your beliefs, but actually you are assuming that you are right and that the 70 weeks supposedly of years ended with a little time left, and then another week or half a week of years will happen in the future. You change the prophecy to stop and then start again thousands of years later, so of course, you can't be proven wrong. You use a prophecy that has not actually taken place to prove your beliefs. Since, the supposed last part has not taken place, you can't claim that the prophecy is really how you interpret it. You are guessing that your interpretation is right and will end the way you hope, but you are just guessing. To use Daniel 9 as a proof is silly because there is no proof that it will turn out the way you say. You get basically a clock stopper that can go for ever. Why say 70 weeks and then say more like hundreds of weeks of years. Personally, I think it is about 70 real weeks of days in the future and not 70 weeks of years, but I can't prove that either.

Where Daniel leaves off, Revelation picks up and gives us a play by play account leading up to the confirmation of the Covenant with many in Rev.8:1. The one half hour of silence in heaven signifies that the Covenant is being confirmed with many.
