    ​@@ajeesh3485 Journaling is good for capturing thoughts while you're going through the day. He's mainly talking about sitting down and writing short essays (full paragraphs) of your thoughts. You might start with an outline like cornell notes, but you need to write the short essays to become a better thinker and speaker.
