@@alannabrown4 Stumbling out of a leap ≠ forgetting your routine, which she also replaced with a same value skill in TF (Popa). Hit bars in Tokyo TF which she wasn’t supposed to be in until last minute. Since 2021 she has won major international medals on floor, vault, and AA. Trust in her bro

My favorite. I’ll follow gymnastics more regularly if she is performing. Yah, I don’t care about perfection. I like personality!

If you get bored waiting for nationals, you can look up Jordan's college routines too! You can watch entire meets if you want. Her team is UCLA. I recommend any meet in 2022, but she did not necessarily perform the all-around in each meet. ❤

Nice floor routine but she definitely doesn’t have much height on her tumbling and chest positions are low. And dance elements look scrabbling to be quick through them and their finishing position. Not sure Jordan can make the team but I do enjoy seeing her energy and face out there!!

This floor is messy, but it's because of things that can be improved in the time she has available. Overall, she has an excellent shot. If I had to pick the US team based on tonight, I'd take Simone, Shilese, Jade, Jordan and probably Skye. Skye should be worried about Suni, and Jordan should be worried about Leanne. If Suni can do a high scoring bars and that beam, and everyone else does like tonight, I think Skye stays home and Jordan still goes. But in the scenario where Suni goes, *Jordan* should now worry about Skye, as she'd be next in line. If Leanne starts hitting and Jordan and/or Skye don't do as well, then Leanne could easily make it over one of them.

@@wendyw651 I could see other gymnasts with more potential jumping ahead of Jordan by nationals or trials, easily! Just one off the top of my head, Kaliya Lincoln.

@@sawyer7191 Kaliya definitely has potential, but her inexperience is a risk. Also, Jordan is a much better all-arounder, while Kaliya is more of a specialist, her strong event being floor. With Simone a lock, Shilese a lock, and Jade basically a lock, a floor specialist isn't the most strategic addition to the team.

I don’t think Jade is a lock at all, I think we need to see if she can put some upgrades in on floor first. A 14.300 is actually quite a weak score for a Cheng and definitely something Jordan can match with a DTY (as Shilese did today). And on floor, Jade was solid but not with a medal-level score, and Jordan is now doing her most difficult routine ever although it was really messy tonight. Suffice to say I could definitely see a team of Simone, Shilese, Jordan, Kaliya, and Suni being the highest scoring team when all is said and done.

  • @wendyw651

@@Plaspos it may be the highest scoring team, but let's also remember that Jade can give you a routine on any of the four events. She was 8th AA last Olympics. Kailya is a specialist. Her bars are really not usable, and beam is iffy. Jade will be on the team over Kailya in almost every scenario, especially if the team also includes Suni, whose health might be unpredictable. USAG will send a team with built-in backups. Kaliya is very talented, but Jade is the better bet because of experience and AA potential.

I like her choreo. Don't know why people are criticizing it. So many gymnasts just have choreo to pass time between acro series but hers fit the music and blend well. I only wish she could up her difficulty and execution a bit more to lock a position on the olympic team. I want to see her make a comeback on team floor 💪

The slow walking and random “shhh” movements are confusing me. Overall the choreography is left me wanting more. Good pulling through the tumbling that was a little under rotated. Flexibility looks great. Wolf turn should just leave and rest in peace lol.
