I agree with everything you said about CJ Ham. Still, with Darnold the starting QB and Hockenson injured, installing some plays with Ham and Jones in to run or to catch short passes seems smart. Or maybe some 4th down or 2 point conversion plays. I bet Ham runs the tush push better than three Brandon Powells.

30:01 Okay, there will be cheap WRs later, but wouldn't it be better to have someone learn the playbook now? We will be dumping excess TEs on the market, but I'd prefer that to planning to pick one up after cut downs.

From a fantasy football perspective I think Addison is limited because Jefferson is so talented and KOC's offense likes TEs too. If we say Darnold throws for 3,500 yards and we start dividing them up amongst Jefferson, Addison, the TEs, Aaron Jones... Addison is great, but many of his targets last year were because Jefferson was hurt. He could be the second best WR in the NFL and still barely break 1,000 yards.

In time, we won't be able to afford both. This will be a nice problem to have. We have him and QB JJ together under rookie contracts for at least the next four years.
