How’d you install the splitter on your Type R? I have a 2019 type R and I don’t know how to install a splitter

Very nice setup bro. What rim specs are you having? I got the 265/35/r18 but it doesn't stick out like that. Do you have spacers? Overall, this is a very sexy car!!

Besides the newest 2020 limited edition yellow color that I just watched this is by far the best color scheme for this vehicle.

Just installed Girodisc front rotors today. Did the proper bed in procedure on the street and on the fwy.

Hate being the dude to ask but I want to know if you rub bad with that set up? Cuz it looks stupid good, Im still on stock suspension and im running 18x9.5 +38 with a 255/40 worried that once I lower it, it will rub bad

How the rotors holding up?

Johnny, I know you may not see this comment for a long time but I really need help with something small. I am going to be purchasing wheels/tires/suspension soon. I was going to do 255/35/18 with 18x9.5 +38 offset. However, I REALLY like your setup. I just wanted to simply know if you have any rubbing with the setup you have in this video (which is posted in your description for this video). Did you have to bend tabs in the front or moddify your fenders in the rear? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks man

How much does this particular Seibon Carbon TS hood weigh and fit in comparison to the OEM one? I like the heat extraction of the TS style but I know dry carbon is lighter

This is not dry carbon, so the weight is actually close to OEM being that OEM is aluminum. However, you get vents now.

Hi, how do you find those Yokohama tyres? How do they perform in wet ? I mean normal driving in wet. And is there a significant difference in grip on dry compared to stock Conti tyres ? thanks.

I like these AD08R's. The wet and dry grip is very good. They also last way longer than the Continentals the car came with.

Tail lights have been tinted for a few months now. Only the clear reverse" area is tinted.

okay, i just saw a video of dustin williams and he wrapped the sides and top of taillight in matching carcolor. just sayig it didn't look bad. just sugesting, love the car either way dude :)

AH! Just took a peak at that, looks like glossy black vinyl was used to cover the tail lights on the top and sides, but same smoke was used on the reverse light area. Stock the sides and top are already black/smoke so I'm okay with it. Thank you for the suggestion!

No I did not, I torqued the wheels several times and it worked out just fine.

does your Type R has a sensitive noise when you brake ? if yes. How can you fix it?

It's normal. Type R uses a brake compound that performs in a higher temp range. So daily driving at slow speeds won't warm up the pads and squeal. The fix would be to downgrade the brake pads...

Those grooves are normal under heavy braking with brembo style brake system it actually makes for better stopping. Unless the brakes were pulsating he probably just wasted a few hundred bucks

I bought it last year, I believe it was a search for 'civic type r license plate" on either Amazon or Ebay.

I swear this gas station is popular because I always see it on DDE channel and I guess if you work in that gas station your lucky because you always see supercars

jayson malong yes if you are lowered. Have to cut rear arches if you don’t adjust camber.

Aren't the slots supposed to face the other direction? Meaning the slant in the slot should be facing forward

technically its a v1, just flat.

2:39 and wire brush the mating surface prior to install.

Everting is nice,off set rim very2 nice wirh fender..

Don't pay that much markup! I flew out to Arizona because I didn't want to deal with the Socal markup BS. You just have to call and keep looking. Socal markup of $2k or lower is reasonable.

Would love to get one but, wouldn’t want to daily drive it. How much I drive is insane. My 2014 has 20,700 Plus Miles, and I hear about this other guys with the same exact car with over 80k-90k miles already.
