Joni Eareckson Tada at Biola's Spring 2010 Commencement
Joni Eareckson Tada is awarded an Honorary Degree at Biola University's Spring 2010 Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony.
After a diving accident in 1967 left her paralyzed from the neck down, Joni understood the needs of the disabled and emerged from rehabilitation determined to help those with disabilities. In 1979, Joni founded Joni and Friends (JAF), which she now leads as Chief Executive Officer. After almost two decades of growth, JAF is now the Joni and Friends International Disability Center whose vision is to accelerate Christian ministry in the disability community.

I put a search in for Joni's talks and came across this video - what an inspiration and encouragement Joni is! May God bless the students here and also God bless Joni, Ken and their ministry!
Awesome lady of the Lord! Congratulations Joni!
One of the LONGEST intros to any speaker or speech I think I've ever heard! LOL Still it was a good one. :)
You look beautiful, Joni!
It would be interesting to listen to Joni Eareckson Tada join in on a debate of "Christians vs Atheists" Not saying she would change any atheists minds or hearts, that's the job of the Holy Spirit. Just saying it would be interesting to listen and watch how it went.
