In response to the people who said Gillian seems mad: So, I met her in 2013, at the Louisville Fandom Fest, and I experienced this a little at first. We ended up talking for 35 - 40 minutes bc they first said she wasn't going to come back and do signings in the evening, and as I was waiting for my friend to go the the long Stan Lee line she came back. No one else knew, so I got to talk to her until someone else came along. Shee happen to mention part way thru the convo that when she gets drained (she's an introvert and gets drained by people, as an INFJ, I totally get this) she gets quiet and serious. Then she got an Americano from Starbucks to boost her energy. She was sweet and asked if I wanted anything. I stupidly said no. I didn't want her to pay for my drink. She had already given me a Jello shot in the panel. That panel is on KZread. I realized after our conversation that she doesn't realize she slides in the serious mode. It just happens when she is tired. I work with the public, in sales, and I noticed I do that too. She seemed like someone who does care, and doesnt mean to be kind of cold at times, and gets drained easily. She was very open when I asked her questions.

That sounds like a very sweet encounter, how nice that you got to talk to her so long! And yes, as a fellow INFJ I also become very quiet, serious and cut off from my environment if I have been around too many people for too long.

Always nice to see Gillian, she's a classy lady aging like a fine wine. Can't believe she's nearly 50!

@kekedascully Yes! i am not just a new fan but also find myself gushing all over her (which is something rare for me to do) and yes absolutely in awe off her too! smiles...and some sort of connect i feel towards her (for some strange reason) but not in a sort of way that one would think...

According to Wikipedia, she was born in the U.S., but her parents moved to the U.K. when she was a baby. They moved back to the U.S. when she was 11, but they spent summers in the U.K. after that. She's bidialectal, so she can switch between a British and American accent.

gillian has said many times before that her social battery tends to run out because she’s so introverted like she really doesn’t mean to come across as rude or bored she just genuinely is tired

Tom Allen Raul and Sheridan are fun the other to rob and Gillian are so boring why bother
