    He's right: a woman's success isn't necessarily attractive to man. We just want to know that she can hold her own/has her own. But i will ALSO say, that men have been TAUGHT toxic masculinity by men AND women alike. Men have been taught that to be a man is to be the "breadwinner" (which is false). The problem with that statement is that when a man is NOT the breadwinner in a situation, he may feel like less of a man because our community has taught our men that in order to be a "provider" we must make the most money out of the two, and pay all the bills/provide financially by himself, and if he cannot do that, he may feel a false sense of intimidation. So while i can agree that some men are intimidated by women, its because we've done a POOR job of teaching young men what it means to be a man.

    All this can be summed up with ‘be honest, communicate and try and meet each other’s needs’. That’s what relationships are. Or, find that God is your EVERYTHING. And no other person is going to provide what you’re wishing they will.

    I don’t know one successful women that thinks her success is supposed to be attractive to a man. It is not about a man. If a man is intimidated by a woman then she’s not at fault. He’s just not suitable for who she is and what she can bring into a relationship. He needs to go find someone who he feels he can be “a man” for in a relationship.

    @@Funi53946 Alright, In 1cor7, Apostle Paul was basically saying it's cool if you get married or if you don't ... The main thing is the Kingdom of God. And looking at the truth that God instituted marriage, getting married or being in a relationship that will lead to marriage is not outside(not supposed to be outside HIM) so when you follow God's plan for you in marriage : who to and who not to marry-what to do in the marriage, you'll still be all about the kingdom of God

    I can tell you that Jonathan has hit the nail on the head. Some Single girls jump into new relationship as a replacement for the lost one, and wants to think this is better and definitely for a marriage. No. Like Jonathan says , single bachelors also blah s their fear and limitations.

    The gold is to become when in the mind joint that would be my goal in a relationship if it's going to lead to foreverness and happiness and fully getting to know you're made cuz nowadays people can just know I'm offer a lot of times you know a woman or man might just be too straight up honest and it causes them to learn them too early and then they don't see the change start to come cuz I believe that everybody have change and development and gross and their relationship in dating before you know that's the person that you going to marry.

  • @sharondamcqueen2105

    @sharondamcqueen2105

    And most important goal is anything that relationship-wise being successful it's always a Time to set aside and pray to God about you know who's for you or who's right for you or who's going to make you know everything secure because there's lot of gross in a lot of relationships the growth and never be finished it's like the rest of your life you going to grow with that person so the goal is to grow and to become one in unity and having a bond with no one else can break.. not even looks and talks from another female or male because there's so many people that is after what you got just like a man got a nice good looking woman a man going to be after that a woman got a nice looking man and a good man a woman going to be after that and you have to hold your emotions down because if you got a man or a woman that's successful and doing a lot of things of course a lot of people don't want to be in her or his face and that can be a challenge if you allowed it immensely emotionally playing your mind.

    woooooo. Jon is exactly right man. ARe you looking for a man or to be happy. Whooo. I can def say that I was looking for a man more than I was looking to be happy. I wanted both but was willing to settle for just the man and I became miserable being mistreated and criticized in my relationship. I was not celebrated in any way and when I asked my ex to stop parenting me, he had nothing to add to the relationship. He needs to develop himself to be able to give more but also, maybe there's a woman who likes sitting in silence or likes football that he can act like a bro with. He just wasn't used to abstinence being a part of a relationship so he defaulted to treating me like a bro. I think he also didn't know how to deal with my tomboy side without intimacy. He also would never compliment me when I dressed up and if he did, it was very few and far between. So if someone isn't going to appreciate what you do for them, why keep doing it? idk emotional intelligence and self development Is so important BEFORE dating. Also, not living with your mom still.

    I like a man to take control but some of that can be scary for a woman it's like we got to trust the relationship like marriage he is to be the head of his Queen.. we it's maraige that man holds the responsibility more that the woman her job is to hold her down him and the kids.

    How does this work though when statistics say there are more women than men out there? So being realistic there really is not enough men out there for each and every one of us. Top that up with of those fewer women how many are God fearing, how many are good men. Being single is good but what if you do not want to be single but there are not enough men out there how do we go about it or are we doomed from birth

    Was Jesus considered to be successful. I have the intimidation of men all the time. And I’m thankful it has nothing to do with what the world defines as success. It’s actually what God defines as salvation. A lifestyle of righteousness and wisdom pertaining to his kingdom. Quote: Success in God’s eyes is not as we see with our natural eyes. Let faith be your vision: Eboni King Quote: Success truly starts when believers capture their identity in Christ: Eboni King Believers men and women doesn’t have a success problem . This is the excuse they use for not being in a committed relationship. Lol. But yet they have chill moments with whatever they current success condition they define it to be. God’s purpose for relationships is for building his kingdom in a world where Satan is stripping it’s sacredness to the core. And from the pulpit to the pew. Believers are going after everything that’s not serving a kingdom purpose
