One of the most special movies ever made, regardless what some filmcritics says, based on their completely ignorance on the subject and seemingly a lack of deep human wisdom.

I had never heard this song before now , it was literally love at first sight , i was madly in love with it , i remember when i was a child. and my father sang me a lullaby before i fall asleep , gives me peace of mind and a little melancholy , for a time that unfortunately will never return.........:D

Jonathan taught me, in my youth, that we shouldn't ask for freedom, we should claim it. I learned that doing so means climbing high enough upon rising confidence to clear the limits we set for ourselves, and the boundaries others put around us. Freedom belongs to every one of us. It waits for us to rise up, each of us in our own way, to see its light, feel its warmth and ride its peace.

don't matter how many times you see this movie, heard the music, or if try to follow the plot, if inside of you don't live another Jonathan Livingston Seagul, nothing of this will make sense to you.....but IF you are him, then every word and note will make you sail in the sky, you will find your own star, you will learn to fly even in dark nights, and what the crowds do or say against you, will really don't matter...I had been flying for decades now, and still finding new skies, and new shores..if you know Him.

I remember seeing this movie in the theater when it first came out sometime in the 70's. It had a very emotional effect on me. It was a brilliant film. It got poor reviews, however from the critics and it did not stay in the theaters for very long. The critics and most viewers didn't get it. They tried to watch the movie and follow the plot and left feeling frustrated. They didn't just sit back and "feel" the movie. If you ever see the film, just sit back and try to "feel" it.

The movie "Johnathan Livingston Seagull" is a film of rare beauty, felt by people with special culture qualities; to this is added the soundtrack of the movie that is a "sonorous jewel" made by one of the most "big voices" in the world ... NEIL DIAMOND ... after listening to the gorgeous pieces of fim you have to stay for a while hours alone living the ecstasy you feel .... I do not have superlatives to congratulate this movie with his dream music ...
