Barcelona has his own coach line since 2021 when they won its 1rst uwcl with Cortes as a Coach. Giraldez was the assist of Cortes and soon become first coach. After Giraldez departure the assist of Giraldez will be the new Barcelona Coach: Pere Romeu, he will soon be presented.
I think Giraldez will adapt quickly but he won't copy Barcelona way because USNT soccer is much more direct, perhaps he will do a mixt style.
